Great place to stay. My 4th time at this hotel and will always come back as I stay 3 times at the same hotel in 2023 and once in 2024 and looking to go back again.

This trip was a family gathering we had a great time. The hotel and employee are great but stay at the beach. Our family got very sick from the pool.

Something we found pretty odd, the beverages were usually warm for some reason, no cold waters, if you ask for a soda bottle they also give it warm, and the little gift shop didnt sell any cold bevs either,the only cole bevs theu had was just Gatorade, Red Bull and water. Mini Bar completely empty since the day we got here,called reception and told a worker twice, got filled the THIRD day. Buffet was usually cold or warm (we usually ate right when they opened @6-6:30) Oh and the resort got swarmed by locals for the weekend and it was also terrible, from screaming, to being loud, blasting music, stumbling and pushing onto people at the buffet. The sports bar, pretty nice spot, but its pretty small for the amount of people going inside. The room, quality and state was just bad, a white sofa increadibly dirty, the fridge does not work, the AC is set to 25C-27C / 77F-80F, literally sweating at night and cant switch it( they control it) Mattress quality pretty harsh. A worker told us that half of the resort is closed due to renovations and acted surprised when we told her what building we stayed at which is supposed to be closed (a supposedly upgrade according to reception) another group that came with us got a brand new renovated room (we all bought the same package). We've been to around 10 different resorts here in DR and this is by far the worst resort weve been to in Punta Cana and second in DR. (Also our first negative review) If youre thinking in staying here I highly recommend Grand Palladium Palace and NOT the Bavaro one. Or the TRS Turquesa if youre looking for a little more adult only resort. (Also inside the resort, theres 4 of them in total) And beware the "resort tour" they will try to sell you a membership to their travel club starting at $8000.
Room tip: Consider staying at the Grand Palladium Palace and not the Bavaro one, the Bavaro resort is the oldest one out of the 4 of them. +30yrs

The service of the resort needs work on but the beach is so beautiful which was worth going to. Need to understand Spanish language because communication with staff was terrible!

TravelClub insist you to apply for time sharing and make you lose time. Staff doesnt like to move you in golf cars in the hotel.

HORRIFIC. WORST HOTEL IN PUNTA CANA.
Spent two (2) miserable nights with 2 adults and 2 kids in Villa 21 at Palladium Bávaro Punta Cana.
In the USA, this is a 1 star hotel or less. ANY Holiday Inn Express is 20x a better hotel than this trash.
We had to spend thousands to move to another resort.
Don’t destroy your vacation, never ever book here!!!
