I enjoyed my stay at Sugar Hotel & Spar. The service was outstanding! The staff is friendly, and always in check of your needs and comfortability. The quality of my room was exceptional- Cousy and conducive.

First time at this spa...wonderful very clean professional ladies...I had young lady by the name Unati..hope i spelt it right ...very respectful..she did a good job..i felt so good coming out...refreshed...

3 nights to see Cape Town. Lovely hotel staff very helpful and accommodating Very clean. Well located. 12 min walk to V&A Waterfront Having looked at trip advisor comments was pleasantly surprised Would recommend but I loved the docile and old Labrador who waited for a stroke each morning

very poor - no regular electrisity supply most of the day, hotel claim that he has'nt money to buy a generator. a very poor brackfest, we need to pay even for a cup of coffee. for this reason we didn't prolong our staying.

Everything was up to standard as advertised but the little splash pool our room had was amazing. Resturant down stair perfect and fantastic to sit and think. Place was excellent too, close to everything. Closed in parking was a plus.

The service was horrible pathetic to say the least, food was not nice, there's a dog at reception at all times and scary , the staff from Africa speak their own language so you don't hear them , the guy at reception upon arrival I've never seen such a rude person , 1 room was not ready at check at 4pm , the website shows a swimming pool and there isn't one # while eating at restaurant there's maintenance ppl working how is that possible # pathetic stay I've ever experienced
