This quaint, historic inn was the best nights stay we’ve had on our Alaska vacation! From the day I booked the room up to our arrival yesterday on site, the staff went above & beyond to make us excited about our stay and welcome at their establishment.
Stayed in the RV park. It was perfect for 2 small trailers with a spectacular ocean front view! It’s a small and quaint campground and while sites are close together it doesn’t feel that way. So much nicer than the campgrounds on Homer spit where it’s large parking lots crammed together on gravel pads.
Bathrooms and showers were done if the cleanest I’ve ever use. Well done!
The room was small but comfortable. The curtains worked well, and I was able to get a good night's sleep. I appreciated the sanitizer spray in the shared bathrooms, it was nice to be able to give the shower floor a spray before and after my use. The front desk was helpful with arranging a last minute fishing trip and made me an early morning latte on my way out.
We have been coming here for about 25 years. We have always stayed only in the rv area. The shower rooms are exceptional. This trip we also got a bunkhouse room. It was a very welcoming atmosphere. All we could have asked for. The whole experience was wonderful! We will definitely be back.
Arrived on short notice, staff was very helpful, patient, professional, and offering most affordable rooms first. Our group/family wanted a little more room, so we opted for one of the more spacious seaside view rooms. Wow! What an amazing view and able to walk along beach at sunset that seems to last forever here (because of summer solstice). One of our family members took full advantage of the bathroom hottub for over an hour! While others of us went beach combing and enjoyed the scenery. Even though we met several other amazing people staying at the same place, it wasn't very crowded at all and felt like we had the entire beach house, yard and beach area to ourselves. The kids really enjoyed Homer, staying here and everything about it.
