This hotel is a must! It is absolutely lovely, quaint and the staff are VERY gracious.
Very clean, spacious room and as a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe.
Incredible breakfast, which set me up for days of walking with little to no food needed for myself throughout the day.
The centre of the city is only a 30 minute walk, with the best coffee at CaféNegro!
I can't wait to bring my family here next time!

Lovely 2 night stay to begin our Costa Rica trip. Clean, quiet, spacious and very comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff who arranged our taxi pickup from airport and La Leona waterfall tour. 20 minutes walk to downtown. Amazing breakfast.

Great value. Air conditioning works. Kind staff, and the breakfast was excellent. We stayed here right after landing in Liberia for one night which made it much easier than driving that night to our first destination. Parking was on site and secured.

Such a friendly and welcoming hotel. It was our first and last accomodation in Costa Rica and the organised, helpful and lovely staff made such a difference. Big comfortable rooms and a lovely breakfast. The staff are really great, first class.

Hotel Javy is a basic, family run hotel. It’s not fancy, but the beds and bathrooms were clean. There’s parking available with a security person available to
open and close the gate (and also checked us in since we arrived around 10:00 pm). We enjoyed the home cooked breakfast that was served to us the following morning. The staff were all kind and helpful and the security person gave us some good suggestions for where to go to eat when we arrived. Good location for our first night in Liberia!
