The most amazing staff, they went out of their way to make sure that we had everything that we needed. I go on an annual holiday to Fiji with 5 to 7 of my girlfriends. We love the Island atmosphere as you can do a little as you like or be involved in the activities.
I highly recommend the Sunset Cruise (even though the night we went it was too cloudy) it was still beautiful with complimentary champagne and nibbles while Sauli sang to us.. so much fun! (we take our own disco light to add to the atmosphere)
All the meals are first class and I would not bother buying the meals packages unless you are a big eater. The menus offered in the restaurants and at the pizza bar are all you will need. Chief Dennis does an amazing job.
Restaurant 1808 is also worth doing, we had a beautiful meal also ask about the special occasions menu. The spring rolls are a must for lunch.
The pools are lovely and clean as are the grounds, thanks to the wonderful gardening staff.
Lots to love about this island, but some improvements can be made.
The musicians need to be provided with microphones and an amplifier, they do the very best that they can projecting their voices but it is unfair the strain that it puts on them. The owners need to step up and improve this.
They also need to spend some money on maintenance the cushions around the pool bar need replacing.
The environmental talk at night could be moved to the afternoon, this takes time away from everyone's evening and listening to the music.
