Feels like living in paradise

Reviewed 2 weeks ago
Recently stayed @ Musket Cove with my wife and Daughter (5) for 7 nights, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish.
From the moment the Malolo Cat approaches you're greeted by staff singing and serenading you to welcome you 'home'
The room was lovely, clean, fresh with amazing lagoon views
The Staff were absolutely beautiful - wherever you walk everyone greets you with "Bula" and a smile.
The food was fantastic, and can honestly say some of, if not ThE best buffet food I've ever had - Indian night & English Sunday dinner the standouts for me, and that's doing disservice to Italian night which was also great.
subsurface Dive centre on location as well for those wanting (like myself) to go diving - see my review of them (phenomenal) for more info - but for those not interested in scuba, there's snorkelling, kayaking, SUP, as well as daily activities ran by friendly staff.
Not your thing, the bars are great, and the cocktails strong.
Will be going again next year and cannot wait to return to paradise

A perfect experience at Musket Cove.

The accommodation, facilities, sport inclusions, island trips and food are fabulous. The staff working there are brilliant, Ruth in sports, Nathan a housekeeper, Lote groundperson,Max at Dicks bar plus so many others.
      Highlights:-
There’s good snorkelling off the main bar.
Day trips/excursions are well worth it.
It never feels crowded and all guests are super friendly too
The bar where so many people hang out in the evening
      Massages by the pool

I don’t understand how anyone could rate this place poorly, I have travelled around the world and this boutique resort is outstanding. Well done and congratulations.

      Review for Musket cove
      Reviewer: Mokesh and Amreeta Raj
      Date of Visit: June 2024
Musket Cove Island Resort & Marina is an absolutely awesome tropical paradise!
My daughter Sipra an husband Jason, had a magical wedding here, and it exceeded all our expectations.
From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning beauty of the island and the beautiful
people The lush greenery, crystal-clear waters, and pristine sandy beaches create a picture-perfect setting that feels like a dream come true. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality, making us feel right at home.
Our accommodation was luxurious and comfortable, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. Waking up to the sound of gentle waves and enjoying our morning coffee on the private deck was a highlight of our stay. The room was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and designed to enhance the natural beauty surrounding us.
The resort offers a wide range of activities, and we took full advantage of them. Snorkeling in the vibrant coral reefs, kayaking in the lagoon, and taking a romantic sunset cruise were just a few of the unforgettable experiences we enjoyed. The water sports facilities were top-notch, and the staff was always ready to assist and ensure we had a fantastic time.
Dining at Musket Cove was another highlight. The variety of delicious, fresh cuisine catered to all tastes, and we especially loved the seafood dishes. The resort’s beachfront restaurant provided a perfect setting for our meals, with spectacular views and a relaxed atmosphere.
One of the most remarkable aspects of Musket Cove is the sense of tranquility and seclusion it offers. Despite being well-equipped with modern amenities, the resort maintains a peaceful ambiance, allowing us to unwind and disconnect from our busy lives.
Overall, our stay at Musket Cove Island Resort & Marina was nothing short of spectacular. It’s an ideal destination for couples looking for a romantic getaway, families seeking adventure, or anyone in need of a serene retreat. We left with beautiful memories and a strong desire to return. Thank you, Musket Cove, for an unforgettable weekend in paradise!
      MOKESH ,AMREETA

Would not recommend. While there are a few staff who were kind, the majority are clique and borderline rude at times.
      The resort came
Highly recommended from two different circles of our group, unfortunately those referrals were thinking of the good old days of this place. It is a money hungry scheme that looks to get you anyways they can. Others we spoke to said it had changed and didn’t feel “welcoming” you felt a bother often.
Asking for recommendations or activities was subject to who you spoke to. Lots tried to refer us to Suki but he complained about his job we didn’t like the negativity and he didn’t help us on first attempts.
The food was good, but many families travelling were complaining at the cost of beverages (which are only offered complimentary at the buffet).
Had a rat in our room and asked front desk three times if they could confirm they got it- never got confirmation not indication that they cared.management held a drinks hour one night and asked people to speak to them before leaving a online review…we asked to speak to them and they said they’d be right over. Never came back.
By the time we left nothing shocked us with treatment. Sad as it was a celebratory trip but fortunately we were too positive to let it ruin the trip but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless a huge staff and management change occur.
