Amazing stay, must visit

Reviewed Sep 11, 2023via mobile
Beautiful guesthouse with a homely feel. Only stayed for the one night but was treated if we had known the owners for much longer .
Excellent customer service. Arranged for a tuk tuk to take us on the tour. Recommended which temples to visit using the tuk tuk and which to visit on foot. The owner kindly marked the best temples to visit on the map for us and to give to the driver.
Breakfast is included and was very good.
Hotel grounds are amazing, have a nice cup of coffee sat on the river bank ( river filled with lotus flowers and amazing wildlife )
Room was lovely.
Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Facing a river with lotus and fishes, squirrels, birds nestled at this place. Setting is like living in a forest, with comfortable rooms and amazing host and breakfast! Location is not far from all the historical visits with an average of 10-15 mins car ride 😊

Room tip: Weather can get very hot and humid.

Really peaceful place with a surprising amount of bird life in the garden and pond. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable and the rain shower is perfect after cycling around the sites. People are really nice too and will arrange anything you need. Location is very good with convenience stores, restaurants and a couple of major temples within easy walking distance. You can use the complimentary bikes for the rest. Anything better I have been to in Ayutthaya (been quite a few times) is at least double the price (and not really better). Of course there are some mosquitos - and mating frogs on the grass last night - but this is a small price to pay for watching herons fishing before breakfast - and they are not too bad. None in my room. Take the mid-priced rooms with easy access to the garden if you can, but there is plenty of shady seating if you don’t.

Feels like a retreat, every thing is really peaceful and the grounds and public spaces so relaxing. Owner and staff really welcoming and helpful, booked us tuk tuks, checked our itinerary with us and even organised same day laundry at very reasonable price! Can’t fault it and would recommend

What a little gem. This hotel is so relaxing and the grounds are gorgeous. It truly is paradise. The rooms are clean and spacious and the owners and staff are so sweet and kind. It's not 5 star quality with 500 thread count sheets, etc. But what it lacks in refinement it scores huge in ambience. The breakfast was delicious!

It's about a 20 minute walk to the main tourist attractions. There are a number of small restaurants within a block that hit the spot. Nothing fancy, but outstanding Thai food at dirty cheap prices.

Tripadvisor should have a 6-star option for this hotel. You can walk to the World Heritage Site from here--but this hotel is so attractive you might never leave. The rooms are luxurious, ultra-comfortable--and dignified and sophisticated in their design. The garden and public spaces are irresistible, bordering on the sublime. Accommodations include a wonderful breakfast. The place is serene and slightly dream-like. It's literally worth a trip to Ayutthaya just to stay here--and of course, anyone who appreciates culture, architecture, archaeology, or history would savor the opportunity to visit Ayutthaya anyway.
