Fours stars wad tried first time by our family as the period is popular now with vacation and its hard to buy a tour.Sea Beach was chosen randomly.As first line on the beach and big aqua park.In general we are satisfied .We were not trying to look for drawbacks and found friendly attitude and helpful reaction to our needs.Grateful to everyone.The reef is wondetful there ad well as the shallow sea for kids.Will try it again if the price is reasonable.I’m came back 🥰🥰🥰🏝🏝🏝

Must be the worst place I’ve stayed in anywhere. Staff all bar a very few unhelpful and ignorant, blatantly ignored constantly. Food just edible , all inclusive is stretching it a lot. Beer only served at beach bar 3-4.30pm one bar in main hotel area only serve in 25oz cups when they have it. Rooms very tired as is most of the resort. Aqua park half the slides not enough water going down then for you to slide so you have to push yourself. In all wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

We had a blast at this resort. To be clear, the actual facilities are pretty run down and in need of massive renovations, there is no wifi in the rooms, and the food is "blah" in the extreme, but the rest of the stay was dynamite.
This resort has multiple clean and well-maintained pools with tons of deck furniture to relax on. The Aqua Park is awesome for kids and adults alike. There are 14 giant waterslides that are well maintained and tons of fun. It also has direct private beach access with kilometers of shallow water and roped-off swimming areas.
The biggest "sells" for this resort are the following:
1. THE STAFF: every single person we interacted with was amazing. They were all incredibly friendly and helpful and accommodating. This included everyone from the front desk (Ahmed in particular), to the wait staff in the restaurant, to the towel guys, to the spa staff, and right down to the guards at the front gate.
2. THE ANIMATION TEAM: this resort has an entire team dedicated to making sure everyone has a blast. Katya, in particular, will steal your heart! They work sun up to sun down creating and running fun activities for all ages. Also, every night there is a spectacular show on the beach with top-quality entertainers.
3. THE AMENITIES: the resort has a terrific spa and amazing masseurs. Additionally, the dive team can accommodate all types of diving experiences.
We fell in love with this place and cannot wait to plan another trip back. Highly, highly recommend.

I am very often in this RESORT, last stay was two months ago and this time we came in a bigger group - three families.Telling the truth the resort has everything necessary close, the first coastline, the fresh access to divine coral reef , just opened during the stay, big AQUA PARK and friendly staff .Everyone knows is and it gives the homely atmosphere.They try the best, thank th restaurant staff, cleaners and all of them taking care of our comfort and safety.As we see progress and improvement every time, wish them prosperity and happy clients.Will be back soon ))))))
