every thing is excellent, rooms are super clean, food is authentic and delicious -we spent lots of time in restaurant and gained weight in fwe days😋 the beach view and all the hotel campuses are amazing and clean and above all the staff hotel are very very polite and super kind.

Overall, my experience at the hotel was average due to several minor issues. However, I want to express my gratitude to the reception team for their exceptional friendliness and support, especially Mr. Mahdi, who was particularly kind and generous.
I booked three rooms for three families. One of the rooms had issues with ants in several spots, and the TV would randomly shut down. Despite calling for room service multiple times, no one answered. Additionally, there were some minor cleanliness issues in the room. The pool restrooms and showers also lacked cleanliness in some areas. I rate the rooms and their service 4/10.
The breakfast was average on our first day but improved on the second day. The variety was limited, and some items were not up to par. I rate this service 7/10.
I also did not appreciate the sense of policing at this hotel. The staff at the screening area were not friendly, scanning everything in our hands for outside food in a rude manner. It felt more like being in a security center rather than a hotel and resort meant to provide peace of mind.
Overall, I recommend this hotel for those seeking a large resort with numerous swimming pools. However, the minor issues and the unwelcoming atmosphere at the screening area detracted from my overall experience.

I found it my best destination to Aqaba and best hotel .. I would like to thank Mohammad Khoja the night manager for his welcoming and helping and all staff was amazing.i like their activities and the pools . The rooms were so clean and luxurious . I visited it many times and I will visit it many times

We went as a very big group and reserved 16 rooms , the hotel is very nice with lovely pools and sea side but they were very unprepared when we arrived , it took us like 2 hours to check in although we arrived around 3:00 pm .
the reception staff were helpful except Majdi , I don't know why on purpose he tried to act negative , he gave one of my friend the room for 300 jd and for another one the same room for the same period for 400 jd , the explanation was that he did a free upgrade as that minute he hd no available room but after one minute he had many available so the price rises.
the breakfast buffet was normal not luxurious at all.
the shuttle bus was good but a it small , I wish they can offer at least 2 rides every trip.
The rooms are clean but the bathroom needs more lighting and maintainance.
AC was perfect .
