Overall, my experience at the hotel was average due to several minor issues. However, I want to express my gratitude to the reception team for their exceptional friendliness and support, especially Mr. Mahdi, who was particularly kind and generous.
I booked three rooms for three families. One of the rooms had issues with ants in several spots, and the TV would randomly shut down. Despite calling for room service multiple times, no one answered. Additionally, there were some minor cleanliness issues in the room. The pool restrooms and showers also lacked cleanliness in some areas. I rate the rooms and their service 4/10.
The breakfast was average on our first day but improved on the second day. The variety was limited, and some items were not up to par. I rate this service 7/10.
I also did not appreciate the sense of policing at this hotel. The staff at the screening area were not friendly, scanning everything in our hands for outside food in a rude manner. It felt more like being in a security center rather than a hotel and resort meant to provide peace of mind.
Overall, I recommend this hotel for those seeking a large resort with numerous swimming pools. However, the minor issues and the unwelcoming atmosphere at the screening area detracted from my overall experience.
