-Person who are interested in Silk Making Process they have that tour in their campus which is very good and helpful to know which silk is good and how to check it.
- Hotel staff including receptionist were very supportive and helpful.
- They have free shuttles Service as well which takes you to Old Town & beaches in the city.
We spent 3 nights at this good hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful at check in. They met all our needs during our stay. The pool and grounds are very attractive. Our room was large and well laid out. It had a huge bathroom with a large walk in shower. It also had a large deck outside that we used in the evening. The only downside was that the air conditioning was inconsistent. The room had some weather damage in one area that needed some painting. Breakfast buffet was good with lots of choices. We ate supper in the restaurant one night due to heavy rain and it was very well done! Overall the hotel is a great place to visit that is a easy walk to the old town.

We had two villas with interconnected rooms and the rooms were huge compared to other hotels.
It is very clean also.Food and cocktails were great (especially as they have happy hour .)
The Resort is quiet and secure -away from the hustle and bustle of old town Hoi An so gave us a chance to recharge after the hectic pace of old town.
There is a shuttle into old town but it is easy to get electric cars in as well.
The staff are very helpful . Especially Hien who chased up my daughters lost jumper and posted it to our next hotel. Thanks again Hien
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a Villa which was spacious and comfortable. Two lovely pool areas to relax by and breakfast was generous and delicious.
We had a great time at the Silk Village Resort! Our room was in villa 7, which is at the center of the resort and closely to the pool and spa — which are both worth it. I enjoyed the bamboo massage and a head massage. All facilities at the resort are great. We used the laundry service in the morning and had clean clothes hanging in our room when we returned in the evening.
Breakfast is fine, besides Vietnamese cuisine you can have some pancakes and bread. Also dinner is good. Not a big menu, but good enough if you don’t feel like leaving the resort.
We also recommend to ask the receptionists anything. They gave us great tips for tailors, excursions and workshops in Hoi An.
We will definitely stay here, next time we visit Hoi An!
