Lovely charming hotel. Room is spacious and very comfortable. There are beautiful plants dotted all around, garden and pool are lovely. About a mile from old town, we walk to and from no problem. Supermarket across the street, and cheap but good quality eateries all around. The hotel has free regular transport to an bang beach and the old town. The breakfast is good and all the staff are lovely. They are efficient, attentive, friendly and always with a smile. Next time I'm in town, will just book this place again. Sad to leave it

Wonderful staff

We had the good fortune to book a week at Hoi An Ancient House Resort and Spa.
Everything about this hotel was memorable.
We loved the 2 for 1 beers every day at the pool, served with ice (it is hot in Vietnam). We loved the breakfast every morning, some nights we had dinner in the Restaurant, the food was delicious, great menu and the staff were like old friends.
We loved the architecture of the buildings, and when I found the Noodle house out behind the swimming pool, I couldn't wait to show my husband.
Thank you everyone, your are the most beautiful, caring staff, I was very sad to leave.

Great Hotel in a Great Spot

This is just a wonderful old world charm hotel. The service was very good. The pool refreshing and warm (open to the sun). The breakfast plentiful and delicious. This is in a great spot with everything you need just out the door. A quick 34,000 VND to Old Town. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool table does need to be replaced though. It’s a bit wonky.

Perfect Hoi An hotel for families young and old

For a reasonable price you will experience an exceptional welcome here, full of kindness and helpfulness. The hotel is well placed for the Old Quarter and we walked everywhere rather than take the shuttle bus (which is free btw). The pool was outstanding and the room amenities great. So clean, so cool and so perfect to spend a few days exploring. Trips, shopping and crafts from the hotel are so easy and the staff willing to help you plan. Ten metres away is the Lotus craft centre to make jewellery and lantern making similarly placed in the opposite direction. Couldn’t rate this hotel highly enough.

Room tip: The restaurant for dinner is good, but you’ll get more exciting food in nearby restaurants.

Great place to relax.

The room was big spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely. Pool and area around the hotel were a great place to relax. Staff very attentive and helpful. A great place to stay to relax and see Hoi An.

Room tip: Use the hotel shuttle bus.

Highly recommended, great staff

Excellent staff and accommodation. The folks that work here make this an exceptional stay. Particularly Thanh Dung, so helpful and pleasant, what an excellent asset she is to Ancient House. Van Hoa was also so wonderfully helpful, nothing was a bother. Totally recommend this place, pleasant grounds and great pool!
