Nice and typical stay in Hoi An city. Middle way from both beach and city old town center. So many services, from dedicates taxi to everywhere to SPA. Polite and friendly staff. Quite and tradizionali rooms. We definitively recomend the hotel and wish to come back soon!

The restaurant staff are polite and friendly. The receptionist especially Tracey speaks fluent English and communicates well. The air conditioned room is cool. The Connecting Room is suitable for a family of 4-5 people. The location is in an easy-to-travel area, convenient and comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel - all staff were very friendly and very helpful especially Ni at the front desk who was an absolute delight on every occasion we needed help - the food at the hotel was very good and also the pool - the gardens are something they can be very proud of - would highly recommend this hotel
