Three years ago, we had an amazing stay at Rixos Ras Al Khaimah, which made us eager to return. We came back yesterday, hoping to relive the wonderful all-inclusive experience we enjoyed before. Unfortunately, our stay this time was far from enjoyable.
For the high price of 2200 AED for a family room (2 adults and 2 children), the value just wasn’t there. Unlike our previous visit, we were only allowed to dine at one restaurant (all day dining) with our all-inclusive package. This restriction led to long queues, with many guests waiting even just to get juices.
Our experience at the Aisha Lounge was particularly disappointing. When we tried to order milkshakes, the waitress seemed overwhelmed and frustrated, refusing to take our order and directing us to her colleague because she had too many orders to handle.
As a travel consultant, I can no longer recommend the all-inclusive option at Rixos Ras Al Khaimah based on our recent experience. The limited dining options and the service issues do not justify the cost. However, if you are specifically looking for a place with alcoholic drinks, Rixos Ras Al Khaimah might still be worth considering.
