Clean, calm hotel. Food was absolutely amazing. Maybe it is not suitable for kids but for chilling is perfect. Drinks at the bar was good and tasty. Service was perfect and very helpful, specially restaurant Chef Osman and man from the reception.

There are aspects of this hotel that definitely deserve more than 3 stars and there are others where hotel fails to deliver according to that you would expect from this standard. Overall I do recommend however there were some positive, but also nasty surprises.
first, pros:
- food - three main dishes are being served, breakfast and supper are served in the hotel restaurant, dinner served on the beach - there is really a massive variety of food - of course throughout the stay we have seen some repetitions however overall quantity of of food is very solid, with some nice and welcome surprises (sushi and seafood in general for instance). I have been in 4 stars hotel that had less of a choice and overall worse quality for meals than Sural Garden
-access to the beach - beach is located 5 minutes walk from hotel, beach is very nice, sandy and there is huge amount of sunbeds available - I had an impression than there is more sunbeds than number of guests hotel can actually accommodate at given time, so you never have to fight for "yours" sunbed. Even in later half of October, weather is still nice and you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing
- night time attractions and events - almost every day hotel provides with a show around 9:30 PM, shows varies from singers to some dance groups and even acrobatic performances. Most of the shows are interesting and enjoyable, with Mongolian dance/acrobatic group giving shockingly outstanding performance
cons:
-this one is really strange but very close to the hotel, there is large chicken coop (most likely owed by hotel for eggs/meat) so at first night we were woken up at 4 AM by noisy rooster crowing that couldn't stop for rest of morning. After first day we got used to that but ideally hotel could consider moving their flock of chickens somewhere outside
-standard of rooms also varies but in my parent's room there was mold on the wall and in ours, toilet desk was broken.
- it is a cultural difference I guess but Turkish service expects to get a tip for literally everything, from making a bed to arrive you to the hotel (which is included in price and done by Tui themselves). Normally I wouldn't mind but after some time it becomes annoying.
- drinks at the hotel bar were mediocre at best, but I do understand it is sort of typical for 3 stars hotels hosting all inclusive holiday.

If you had informed the reception about the problems related to your room during your stay, we could have found a solution for the problem in your room.
There may have been misunderstandings while our hotel employees were trying to fulfill their responsibilities. However, we must say that our hotel staff do not expect to take tips from our guests.
Our alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in our hotel have been awarded many international awards. In addition, our guests like our drinks very much. We do not agree with your opinion on this matter.

I have very good memories of our stay at the hotel. the service was great. all hotel staff were always smiling and friendly. they could even speak a few words of Polish, which was very cute. The rooms were clean and nice. the food was diverse so everyone could find something for themselves. animators Abu and Nur deserve a great appreciation, as they tried to spend time and chat with hotel guests. Love them. There were also various attractions such as dance performances and concerts. Our favorite bartender made us delicious drinks. Dinner was served at the beach bar 5 minutes from the hotel. Generally speaking, I recommend the hotel to everyone, both families with children, adults, couples and teams of friends. everyone will find something for themselves and I am sure you will be satisfied

The hotel in general leaves a very good impression, our holidays were very nice. We have received a "better room" in the newer part without asking, which was really good looking and clean, don't know how do the rest of rooms look like.
The area of the hotel gives mixed feelings - on the one hand the area which is in use is clean, colorful and well taken care of and on the other - if you look few meters away you see dry plants and piles of some abandoned things; this is something to be improved definitely because it makes the general impression of chaos left halfway cleaning.
The beach is nearby, few minutes walk away and very clean.
Swimming pools rather small but very clean.
Slides - available, but to be honest it was difficult to find them turned on even during the time frames provided.
Food - a wide variety during breakfast and supper - lots of vegetables, cheese, dessert area is something amazing, less choices during lunch but I understand that the area at the beach is a limitation but at the same time the views are great. Generally very tasty, however chicken is the main star of most of the dishes, also trays with dishes could be signed - most of them are left without any information so you choose based on the look.
Drinks - a wide variety again, tasty, served in mainly in glass or reusable plastic cups. The only thing is that sometimes they are strong enough, sometimes you can't feel the alcohol in it, depends on the person preparing it maybe?
Cleaning service - very good, daily.
WIFI - well, this is the weakest side of this hotel. It usually works around the swimming pool, at the canteen and in some part of the rooms with balconies directed towards the pool, but the signal strength is rather poor, it disconnects very often in the afternoon, we got the impression that it was being turned off after 22:00 as it was veery difficult to connect and use it. It would be nice to take care of it as people from UE are not really into buying a 40 EUR sim card just for a week.
Service - generally employees of the hotel are very kind and helpful. Osman truly knows how to connect with people :) The only reservation that I have is the attitude toward tips. We have had a weird situation at the start of our holiday - we have arrived around midday and we didn't really have a chance to change money to smaller nominals, the guy who gives bracelets and takes care of suitcases took us to our room, checked everything and stood for a while in the door waiting for a tip. We didn't have anything other than whole 100 EUR bank notes so he didn't receive it and that was apparently a big insult, as he remained offended till the end of our stay. I mean, I know that Turkish citizens are sooo used to receiving tips for everything, but let's think reasonably and don't expect them from the very first minute.
Hotel could really have 4 stars, small improvements are needed, but as for a 3 star - very good experience, I recommend it :)

Formally, the hotel is located on the first line from the sea, literally 5 minutes walk. Its very strong points are frequent cleaning, cozy, new rooms, a very tasty buffet, as well as very kind staff to everyone. Separately, I would like to thank Oguzhan, Madina and Saban (reception), Abu and Nur (animators), Ozcan (dining room) and Berkay (veterinarian) for making our vacation better. Arriving here with a large company, no one regretted, we recommend this hotel to everyone for a vacation with friends and family.
