We were in October with my family on vacation at Sural Garden. The hotel deserves 5 stars for the quality of service and equipment. Rooms cleaned daily, towels changed. A very large selection of delicious and fresh food, everyone will surely find something for themselves. Daily entertainment for children and adults. In addition, close to a beautiful clean and well-kept beach, where you can eat lunch nearby. The hotel is also situated in a very good spot and is a great base for visiting Side, Manavgat, Alanya and Antalya and other beautiful nearby towns. In addition, great words of appreciation for the friendly service in the era of coronavirus, you could feel safe. All cooks, cleaners, bartenders, masseurs, waiters, porters, security guards, lifeguards, gentleman who cares about greenery and sunbeds on the beach and the manager, director deserve big praise. Unfortunately, we don't remember all the names anymore, but special thanks to Mustafa, Apo, Meltem, Fulya, Bayram, Ozan, Pinar, Erkan and the always smiling gentleman with glasses who invited us to the dining room (sorry, I forgot his name). We also have very fond memories of a shopkeeper where you can buy nice things, as well as a man dealing with chickens. Wish we have stayed longer… Fist of all, the hotel is clearly not deserving a three stars. It should be 4 at least. We had a wonderful time in Sural Garden. The hotel is located in great area, only 3-5 minutes to the beach ( approximately 200 m) There is a decent and clean pool, where you have an astonishing view lookining at the palm trees, especially in the sunshine. Our room was clean and tidy, and it has everything we wished for. The bed was very comfortable and big. Food was great and delicious. The variety was enormous. The staff of the hotel was very kind and always helpful. They did an amazing job. I can’t mention everyone, but it wouldn’t be like that without Osman,Onor and Abu. All of them were great and friendly ! Highly recommended

We would like to thank all the staff of the Sural Garden Hotel for a wonderful stay from 23/10 to 6/11/2021. It was one of our greatest vacations ever. Delicious food, great atmosphere created by all employees, without exception, meant that two weeks in this hotel passed very quickly. We would especially like to thank our nice Turkish friends - Osman, whom our granddaughter Oliwia liked very much, but also the always smiling Maltan. In our opinion, this hotel should be 5 stars, not three. See you soon .

It was really amazing holidays. Wonderfull place- Sural Garden Hotel. The people are very helpfull and nice. They're smile everytime. Bar is near 3 pools. Beer and wine tastes very good. Great selection of drinks. What You need :) The pools are neat and clean. There are situated among palm trees, which gives a beautiful views for taking pictures. The dinners are at the beach, near hotel, around 10 min on foot. The beach is large and sandy, the availability of sunbeds. Views from place dinner are beautifull. Large selection of food, in addition, it is very delicious! The rooms are not modern but very, very neat. Rooms are cleaning everyday, towels and sheets are changed daily. It is a good gesture to give a tip to the cleaning lady. Every evening there are animations for children - mini disco, then an adult show. Every other Thursday there is White Party by the beach for all Sural Hotels: stage, dj, open bar, decorations. Makes an impression :) Near hotel there are buses to town. It's very comfortable.

It was our first time in Turkey and we definitely love it! The hotel staff was so friendly and smiled from the very beginning. Special greetings for Osman who makes day better by his smile and jokes, Apo who makes the best drinks and is so friendly too, girl from the hotel bar who was so smiled all the time - We don't remember her name :(. We'd like to distinguish everybody but its impossible. We love you all! The hotel is very good-looking, our room was so clean, cleaner was coming everyday and making beautiful decorations on bed - love her too :). In the evenings we could see shows and dancings or just listen to music with drinks. Everyday there were attractions for kids with great guy (ehh don't remember his name, he was fantastic too) and they were so happy. Hotel food is so delicious, so soo much food to chose (soup, meat, vegetables, desserts, fruit, just everything! We can truly recommend a hotel restaurant. The sea is so warm and calm, there are so many sun loungers on the beach, few places where we could drink something. We want to write something bad about this place but we can't, that would just be unfair. It was our best stay, We're so sad that we had to leave this place and these people :((

A hotel facility although not very large, but it is quite good here. Rooms are suitable for a good night's sleep, and attractions are on site, as well as easy access to the center of the ancient city of Side to admire its ancient heritage. The food is delicious, lot, varied to choose from and beautifully decorated - a paradise for the eyes and a feast for the palate. The staff, including the waiters, were wonderful!!! The leading waiter OSMAN stands out, who is in a class of his own, very attentive, helpful, charming, the nicest. There is also CIHANGIR, smiling- sun in the restaurant. The pools are clean, sun loungers and towels are available. Lunch in a beach facility with the wind from the sea - a great idea. Sandy beach, turquoise and warm sea. Here is a world permeated by the sun and a very pleasant atmosphere. It is worth going here.

The hotel is not big, intimate and thanks to that there are no crowds neither in the restaurant nor in the pool. It is close to the beautiful, sandy beach (5 min through the garden). The food is varied and tasty and beach bar where we had lunches has additional charm. Service is very friendly and willing to help. On my birthday I got champagne and fruit in the room and my table for the a la carte dinner (which was excellent by the way) was decorated with flowers.
In our opinion it deserves more than 3 stars.

Sural Garden was really great hotel. I liked it very much. The food was excellent. The access to the beach was without rocks - simply sand beach. By mini bus you can easily go to Side. I can really recommend. And Chef Osman was great! Jana

Great hotel, well situated although not next to the beach it is a great walkway organized. A big plus is the reception who knows, among others Polish language - a brilliant facility for guests. Delicious food, meals not monotonous and always fresh. Clean rooms, cleaned meticulously every day. The service behind the bar, in the restaurant and at the pool pleases the customers. Special applause for Osman for his involvement requires a special mention. Moreover, the whole staff is smiling. One of your late summer holidays.

An intimate hotel with great service. Beautiful area around the hotel. Rooms clean, cleaned every day. Wifi in common areas, by the pool, in the room - no problem. Close to the sandy beach, a few minutes walk through a beautiful park. There are plenty of beach chairs and they are always available. There is a bar on the beach where lunch is served every day. The food is delicious, everyone will find something for themselves here, snacks, meat, grilled salads and a wide range of drinks. Ice cream served at the pool. The staff and waiters are really very friendly, especially the Chief Osman, very professional, always helpful, nice and smiling. After dinner, evening performances and dancing. I really recommend this hotel and I think it definitely deserves more than 3 stars. I'll be back.
