We returned home and missing Kemer so much. This was our first family holiday with our little one and we’re glad that we stayed at Crystal De Luxe.

The staff in this hotel are Superstars! They have really took good care of us and made sure we were always okay. Front of the house guys, Mehmet assisting us all the time and Meriel who’s always checking if we’re good. All F&B and Kitchen Team, these guys are beyond amazing! Special mention to all the bartenders, Nazir, sorry we forgot his name but the amazing guy from the Mexican Restaurant, the sweet guy who’s usually there to assist us during dinner in Panorama and of course Yousuf! Our rooms were always well kept by housekeeping, the lady (sorry didn’t get her name) made sure we had everything we need everyday. The Entertainment team were brilliant, we enjoyed the shows every night, we were never bored, there’s always something to do all day and night, my husband especially enjoyed Darts and Waterpolo. There’s plenty of activities for the kids too, my little one is only 7 months but enjoyed the kids club especially the kids disco. We’ve met a lot of lovely people during our stay.

There’s a big variety of food and there’s food and drinks 24/7. We love staying at the pool bar and there’s always something nice to eat till afternoon. We also love staying at the lounge in the evening after dinner, and they serve drinks and pastries from morning till night, also there’s a pianist in the evening on some days.
The beach is just across the hotel and there’s food as well and drinks there, there are no cocktails by the beach though but that didn’t bother us.

The only thing that put us off is the guy selling the spa packages. He was so pushy to a point that it’s uncomfortable already. We get it that you have to sell it and that’s totally normal everywhere but it’s the way he approaches us, it’s like bothering already at some point. We really planned in booking a spa appointment but did not do it in Crystal because of him. The worst part is when we did not book with him, he never smiled or greeted us anymore whenever he sees us, well we were greeted with a grumpy face instead which actually made us uncomfortable again everytime we see him. It’s just unprofessional and it’s sad cause everyone in the hotel have been fantastic.

Crystal De Luxe, we can’t wait to be back! Keep it up and thank you so much for an amazing experience.

The noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at all surrounding hotels and nightclubs play stupidly loud music until 2-3am so loud that it feel like your sat in the club haven’t had a good nights sleep in the 8 nights I’ve been here I would only recommend that you stay here if your on a party holiday the food was average and the drinks might as well not have any alcohol in other than that it is a tidy hotel the spa is brilliant and the facility’s are good

Some ups and downs in this hotel.

Advantages of this hotel:
-amazing and helpful staff
-delicious, beautifully served food
-night animations - shows

Disadvantages:
-there are clubs just accross the street of the hotel that are really loud until 2-3am every day, so loud that you cannot sleep even behind closed balcony doors
-no direct beach access and very crowded and loud
-no view
-only one outside pool which is very noisy due to loud music and a lot of animation talking and shouting

I've been to Turkey many times at different hotels. This was the most amazing staff that I have ever experienced, barmans, waiters and guest relation people (Ludmiła you are the Best and thank you for everything) . Always smiling and happy to help and serve you. Even if you were not giving tips. But of course with tips they were even more attentive.
The cleaning service was not so great even with tips. Doing the bearly minimum, leaving the flor dirty for many days. But nothing very bothering. It was overall fine.

The food and the serving is really top top top
You can see the Chefs every day working really hard and checking if everything is perfect. There are theme dinners, sushi and even grilling a fresh tuna that the chef is cutting in fron of you from the whole fish. Wow. We've been to Italian a'la carte restaurant twice because it was so delicious.

Also if you have any event like birthday or anniversary the staff is really prepared to do something special for you. I even ordered pesonalized cake. Balloons, flowers, everything that you wish for.

Evening shows were really top quality for the nights that there were some acrobatic and dancing shows. Dancing in the water was really something special that I havent seen in any other hotel yet.

From the down sides. The pool area is not so great because it is very noisy. There is some stupid game every day of kicking a ball on surfing board which is annoyingly loud. Also the pool gymnastic every day it is the same set of exercises, really boring. And it wouldn't be hard to change it a little bit at least. Other than that there were some yoga, steps gymnastic, dart, polo and beach volleyball.

Access to the beach is behind the road, you need to walk 5 min but I do not recommend going there. The sun beds are really close to each other, people are very noisy and you don't feel safe and relaxed at all. Also remember to take shoes to go into water because the rocks are really unpleasant.

Taking the room with the view is really a waste of money, because the view is not the best. And the WORST thing is when you have this room with a view and even when the hotel shows and discos are closed there are several clubs really close to the hotel. They are so loud that you cannot sleep at all till 2-3am when they are finally finished. I am not exaggerating. It's really loud. It seems like it's coming from our hotel even if it is further away.

Because I was really happy with this stay, now a month later I chose another Crystal hotel this time in Side and it is not even close to the quality of Crystal De Luxe. Two main points for me - food and staff are really terrible so if you like to stay in the amazing hotel and are not bothered that it doesn't have direct beach access, choose Crystal de Luxe, you won't be disappointed.
