The Wellness Center is excellent value for the money. The Atmanjai detox process gives you more than any other place, both at a physical and spiritual level. There is daily yoga, other fitness classes depending on the program you take and then there is Reiki and Sound Bath healing as well. There are regular talks about physical and emotional wellbeing as well as daily massages. There is always a consultant close by if you need any guidance.

The actual physical plant and the rooms are a bit dated but you're hardly ever in your room as they are right on the beach. There are pool and fitness facilities as well. Overall, good value for money, especially the Wellness Center.

Away from the hussle & bustle but close enough to get to any of the amazing restaurants and beaches at the best part of Phuket!
Friendship Beach & Atmanjai Wellness Spa is my favorite place to stay.
After too many choices of great local seafood I take on the 7 day Ultra Cleanse.
The experience is always so incredibly supportive and I can not recommend doing this to rest your mind & body. I always leave feeling happier & healthier.

This resort/retreat could use a major renovation. It's old and tired looking. The rooms are musty smelling. The air conditioners could use a thorough cleaning or exchanged out completely. I do not like the resort at all!! The pool is old and tired looking and the beach is muddy and rocky where this retreat sits on. At times I can smell sewage! It's terrible !
