Nestled in a serene location with picturesque ocean vistas, The Nai Harn hotel is celebrated for its spacious and comfortable rooms, though a few guests suggest some areas could benefit from updating. The hotel's cleanliness and luxurious amenities, including a full-service spa and a variety of dining options, consistently receive high marks. While opinions on value vary, with some finding the dining costs steep, the exceptional service and relaxing atmosphere, particularly at the Reflections Bar, are highly regarded by many travelers.

I think I can safely say this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. You are treated with so much courtesy from the minute you arrive till the minute you leave.
The hotel is in a lovely location looking across Nai Harn beach. The beach is beautiful, clean & safe. The hotel provide a gazebo & umbrellas for shade along with beach mats & towels all obtained from the beach butler who is located just inside Rock Salt Restaurant.
The pool is lovely, again with views across the bay. Towels are provided along with chilled water. There are not an abundance of beds but we never had a problem getting one if we wanted to spend some time there.
The roof top bar which serves sushi-mi and sushi until 9.00 pm every evening has a lovely relaxing feel & entertainment is regularly provided.
The main restaurant is Cosmos and that is open all day. The breakfast buffet is excellent and had a vast assortment catering for everyone's tastes.
Rock Salt and Prime are located just across the road on the edge of the beach. My husband is a coeliac and the Chef de Cuisine, Carsten Ritter was amazingly helpful, coming to our table each time we ate there and advising on what food was suitable for him and how he would cook it etc. We could not have wished for a better service, many thanks Carsten.
The rooms are large with everything you need ,good quality toiletries, hairdryer, robes, slippers, flip flops, beach bag etc. The sockets are international so no need for adapters. Tea & coffee making facilities and plenty of free bottled water are provided. There is also an ironing in board and iron in all rooms, not that I used it :)
A special thank you to Joy in reception who treated us like friends and saw to our every need. A lovely young lady.
Excellent hotel, will definitely be returning.

We stayed at the Nai harn for 17 nights, we had a ocean view room which was spacious and very clean the beds are very comfortable and are made up twice a day. The service is very good and we where well looked after with no complaints. There is a wide selection to eat at breakfast to suit everyone. The only thing I must note is the restaurant called rock salt we ate on our second night and we wasn’t impressed , the food was average as well as the service, with the price 3 times the price of the Italian called m&m which is far superior and cheaper. We have stayed at better hotels ie the Danna in langkawi where the service is second none and attention to detail is unmatched but you won’t go wrong choosing the Nia harn for your holidays and we had a lovely time , the beach and the sea were fab.

We definitely splurged on this hotel, but it was so worth it, this hotel did not disappoint! We booked this hotel for a couple reasons, mainly, the location: we wanted a less crowded beach than your standard beaches around Phuket. Also, their breakfast spread looked amazing from other reviews and it was so worth it!

It's a long drive from the airport, like an hour and 20 minutes maybe. However, give yourself plenty of time to get to the airport when you leave, traffic could make it almost 2 hours to get there.

We arrived early around 11-11:30am and we were prepared to leave our luggage and not be able to check in. However, we were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready, and not only that, but we were upgraded to a room with a balcony and view of the beach (we had booked the mountain room). Our room was 101, towards the left end of the hotel (as you're looking at it from the beach). The room was huge and the view was amazing! The bed was super comfy and they give you plenty of drinking water.

The food at the hotel is fantastic, the breakfast buffet is insane! We also ate dinner at Cosmo on their Wednesday night Asian-themed buffet, which was really good! We also had ordered room service for dinner twice (something we never do, but we treated ourselves and didn't want to leave the room)! Room service was the same price as if you ordered it in the restaurant, and the food was fantastic!

We booked a day trip to the Phi Phi islands using the concierge in the check in area, super convenient! The hotel provided a breakfast box for our day trip, nothing fancy, but it got the job done.

We also ate dinner at Sea Salt one night and saw a wonderful view of the sunset from the restaurant.

The beach butler is so nice to have available. They are located right inside the entrance to Sea Salt. They provided us with beach towels and setup a beach umbrella for us. We also used some snorkels to explore the rocky area by the beach. They also have some sea kayaks and paddle boards but we didn't use those as we had so much fun snorkeling.

Overall, this hotel and the staff were fantastic! The breakfast is absolutely amazing and the food at the hotel restaurants is superb! We are so happy with our stay here and would definitely stay again!

Dear 89karinh, thank you for taking your time to write such a comprehensive review on this forum. I am very happy to read some of the highlights of your stay. I am glad that you not only liked your room but also found our food & beverage offerings exceeding your expectations. Our Beach Butlers indeed are very helpful and useful to enjoy the beach to the fullest. I am glad you liked Rock Salt, too. Indeed a wonderful experience to enjoy the sunset there while sipping on a cocktail and ordering perhaps fresh seafood, prepared by our chefs there. Thank you again and we look forward to welcoming you again. Best regards Frank Grassmann General Manager

We stayed at the Nai Harn for 2 nights and had to say that it was one of our best stays in Phuket!

The hotel itself is amazing. The room is exactly what you see in the pictures, very spacious, clean and with great view of Nai harn beach. We had Grand ocean view room and it was just flawless. The room is equipped with everything you need. The bed is really comfy and the balcony with huge beach bed really gives you a peaceful place to chill out. They also have amazing bar for the sunset session.

Apart from being a great hotel, their customer service is second to none. You won't find a single staff who did not greet you when you walked pass. They really made us feel welcomed for every minute we were there. I would like to give special compliment to the restaurant staffs as they really paid attention to details. Our server remembered what we had the first morning and offered if I would like to have the same thing the next day without me asking for it. They were very polite, friendly and tried to give you the best dining experience. The staff at the beach who provided us the paddle board was also very energetic and helpful. Everyone at the hotel was fantastic at what they are doing!

In conclusion, we are extremely happy with our 2 night stays and would definitely like to recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in a peaceful hotel with fantastic customer services. You won't be disappointed!

We have been to a lot of hotels in Phuket but when we checked into the hotel a few days ago we were surprised the hotel was not on our radar before.

We came with two kids and the hotel is definitely very kids-friendly. The pool is gorgeous though we are here during the pandemic so the pool is closed. The kids would enjoy a splash in the panoramic infinity pool.

Even with no kids club or no pool the kids were happy being out in the sun and in the ocean. The sand at Nai Harn beach is the softest in Phuket and the ocean the clearest (surprisingly since usually the softest sand and the clearest ocean are usually when you go to an island).

If we don’t spend time looking for little fishes and crabs in the morning and in the evening, we snorkel near the beach. Morning time is also perfect for paddle boarding as the waves are very still and the water super gorgeous. We swim, we walk around, we kick balls. It’s super heavenly.

We are staying at the Ocean Suite which is super spacious with a large bathroom with a bathtub. And the balcony is extremely spacious offering million dollar panoramic views of the ocean below and the horizon beyond. There’s a huge and comfortable sofa bed/canopy there as well so you can drink in the beauty of the views and also the breathtakingly gorgeous sunrise and sunset.

I cannot not mention the hospitality of the staff here. With just a tiny bit of a hiccup at check in (we were just informed at check in and not by phone when I called to book that the pool is closed due to the government’s order) and the particular front desk lady was not exactly friendly, the rest of the crew was AMAZING. From the bell boys to the room services to the cleaning ladies to the Cosmo restaurant staff where we go for breakfast, everyone has been extremely helpful and going out of their way to accommodate us.

The most honorable mention definitely has to go to the particular staff who helps with paddle boarding and canoeing. He always makes sure we are comfortable and taken care of. He is gentle, kind and very, very helpful.

Also, I would like to mention the staff at the hotel’s Salt Rock restaurant by the beach. My youngest son had a little accident on the beach and his toe was bleeding so badly. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to take care of him.

Overall, one of the most impressive experiences and the Nai Harn is definitely one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve been to in terms of its location, the views from our room and the beach and the ocean in front of the hotel. With five star services, our stay is one of the most memorable for sure.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in January for our wedding anniversary. The location of this hotel is amazing. It overlooks Nai Harn Beach and each room has a view overlooking the beach. Our room was on an upper level and had a large decked area with a day bed. It was wonderful to be able to sit out on the day bed and look out over the beach. We would definitely recommend staying in a room with a day bed. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The restaurant is beautiful and has a lovely view out towards the beach. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide choice of food. The rooftop refections bar is just gorgeous. A great place to drink and watch the sunset. The pool area is very nice, although slightly small. The staff went out of their way to help and were very friendly. The location of the hotel is great, especially for those who prefer a quieter holiday spot. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach and the hotel provides a beach bag, towels, beach mats and umbrella for guests to use. There are lots of small restaurants down by the beach and a few small shops for souvenir shopping. We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely stay again. We highly recommend this hotel.

We spent 5days at the property and thoroughly enjoyed. From the activities in the morning on the beach to the New Year celebrations to our private terrace barbecue everything was immaculately organized with attention to minor details.

A call out to Cosmos Restaurant: providing a Fantastic ambience with a spectacular sea view. We enjoyed our meals here. The food was delicious and the staff friendly and prompt to our requests.

Special mention to Khun Peung, Khun Dia the beach butler Khun Champ and Khun Malee from the Spa.They took very good care of us.

We will certainly come back!

After three years my husband and I finally made our way back to our most favourite place on earth - Thailand. And we couldn’t have had a better welcome back. Our dearest Thai friend recommended The Nai Harn for our anniversary break. She put us in touch with Ms Natt who coordinated all our requirements and bookings.

From the time we arrived to the time to the time we left, we were made to feel so special. We got upgraded to a gorgeous ocean view room with the most spectacular view from the attached terrace. It was so stunning that I fell asleep on the first night outside and woke in the wee hours of the morn. The resort is absolutely gorgeous and everything looks really well maintained. They maintain a really professional covid protocol of hygiene and are constantly cleaning the place. The room has all the possible amenities you require. From a Bluetooth sound bar to tea/ coffee, unlimited bottles of water, beach bag, slippers both for indoor and outdoor use, umbrellas, iron, yoga mat etc. The bathroom is amply stocked up and the quality of toiletries are fabulous. You really don’t need to carry your own shampoo or conditioners or body wash. They clean up your room when you want and restock everything without even asking for it. The daily breakfast at Cosmos overlooking the coastline was really varied and delicious. The poolside had loads of sun beds. There is also a sundowner rooftop bar which has live music in the eve. We ate at cosmos one night for dinner and went to the rooftop drinks twice pre dinner. But do keep in mind in this area everything closes by 9. For later hours you can head to Rawai beach or to Phuket town or the infamous Bangla Road.

The beach which is a 2 minute walk is just gorgeous and the hotel provides you with towels and umbrellas and paddle boats etc. There are a number of open restaurants and massage places and shacks on the beach itself. You also find the most delightful carts selling local delights being prepared right in front of you. And the cut fruits sold there by one of the local young man with his mother is just divine. He also is the most helpful lad there is for anything you want to know. You can easily get a taxi to go to anywhere in phuket or rent a bike if you want.

On our anniversary Ms Natt sent up and mojito kit to the room to celebrate with a bottle of the local rum Chalong Bay. It was so good we bought a couple of bottles back with us.

We truly had the most delightful stay at The Nai Harn. They are so warm and welcoming and go out of their way to make you feel special. A very special shout-out to Ms Natt for truly making this trip for us memorable. Thank you. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again soon !!

This hotel was a wonderful stay for its high comfort, serenity and easy access to a lovely beach. We had a mountain room and it was equal to the ocean views in size etc but with a mountain (greenery) view and with every convenience needed. A beautiful ensuite, comfortable bed, a bag to carry to the beach and thongs were provided to use as well. The breakfast was sensational, the pool not huge but enjoyed as it overlooked the bay as did the deck chairs. The staff were warm, friendly and attentive. Toon and Dia and Fond were stand outs and provided five star service at all times. Also, Bow and Nan provided good service and attentive care. The two pool attendants, Kim and Ed were always making sure we were comfortable with lovely warm dispositions like the rest of the staff. A wonderful place to escape the stresses of life, swim, eat healthy food and relax. The Japanese meal was delicious as well and we enjoyed listening to the singer. We will return!

Maybe it’s because my dollar is stretched further because I’m in Thailand but compared to the hotels I usually stay at ranging from 100-200 and some that I’ve even paid up to 400 for like the W or equivalent, This blows everything out of the water. Every single detail of the room is expensive, they’ve cut no corners. The view and the beach in front of it is the best in Phuket IMHO. And to top it off the breakfast buffet was also the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Even though it was a buffet, every single item at the buffet was better than most expensive breakfast restaurants I’ve been to. The fruit freshly cut, elaborate omelette bar, the butter tasted like it was just churned this morning, and they have a passionfruit jam that, and sea bass gravlax blew my mind.
