The Best Western Premier at Ubud exceeded my expectations, the property was beautiful and the people were extremely thoughtful. Breakfast was nice with a good variety. On our last day we got a handheld fan as a gift as well which was a thoughtful gesture and actually useful with Bali heat!! I'd recommend this place.

Great location. Staff is good, friendly and try to help you every way they know how. Hygiene is good and the breakfast is very extensive. They make fresh waffles, eggs and pancakes. Specifically, daily worker Ika helped us out very well.
An improvement point for me is the English and speed of action of specific staff-members.

Fantastic hotel! Great location, just outside of the busy centre so easy accessible with car. It’s roughly a 7min walk down to the city centre right by the palace and temples. Greatly maintained, clean, good service, fitness, airco, and clean big pool. Hotel room always stocked with clean towels, beach towels, 2L of water, umbrellas and clean bedding. Very kind service, majority of the time we were helped by Ika, and her service was impeccable! Breakfast is very diverse and hygienic (cheeses, juices and pasty kept in cooled place). Dinner also very nice, and not expensive. Some staff’s English is minimal, could use some improvement, but overall very good service!

This hotel has very good facilities, the room facilities are very complete and neat, and also for breakfast there are lots of menus and the service is also very friendly and good and also the swimming pool is very wide and clean as well as the garden is very beautiful and neat. the perfect experience for family and couples holidays.

Best Western has complete facilities and very satisfying service starting from the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, a satisfying breakfast every morning greeted by the waiter/s, has two swimming pools containing a pool bar, if you want to exercise you can go straight to the gym center, and If you want to relax, you can go to the sky garden for massage, thank you for your service the all team best western premier, your the best🤗
