Very Nice and kind Crew around the hotel. Everyone is very welcoming and you have the feeling of being recognized everytime time they greet you. The service and activities are excellent, especially Frederico and Mido from the animation team.

We arrived at 19 of june, and the first day the door on the bathroom didnt open when the oldest daughter was inside, and we had to contact the reseption.

The second day the same happend in our second room, with our youngest daughter at 11. The staff told us we couldnt lock doors and that we should learn this.

The same day the front door got destroyed, and they told me this was my fault. My daughter at 11 was sexualled harrassed by the staff in the reception of the hotel, and this we have to go to police to report, because he stalks her even on instagram, and she is scared to go anywhere. Sharm Reef denies there is any bedbugs, and they deny to help us change the hotel. I have met 2 families here who had bedbugs and got a new room - which the female manager denies and accused me of lying. She also said that my bedbugsbites are just moskitos and they will not act on anyting. The doctor from the hotel gave me treatment for bedbugs- but said its the same treatment for bedbugs as for moskito bites, which I find hard to believe. My insurancecompany told me to not visit this doctor anymore after they received pictures of my bites, and will get me another one that can help me and write a report, so if I get bedbugs in my home, the insurance will cover it. Without the Fremtind-insurance I would be lost here.

This is not a family friendly hotel, and the management is horrible. I recommend nobody from visiting.

I am on serious antibiotics and cortison because of bedbugs, and cannot be in the sun for the rest of the vacation.
The managment told me nobody has bedbugs in this hotel.

She also said that if my daughter was sexually harresed it must have been her own fault, because she must have given him his name.
She also laughed at me when I said i would report it to the police.
I have never met any manager like this.
Then I asked if it was okay to record the conversation, and she said yes.
After the recording was turned off she told me this is unlegal in Egypt, and she will call the police and arrest me.
I have been on the phone with the norwegian embassy for one hour because of this, and I am very afraid and stressed.
The rest of the staff are angry at us and make it very clear we are unwanted.
This will become a big insurancecase for our family.
