Me and my wife went to el placio for my 50th birthday from the moment we got there we were treated like royalty.
Muhammad in the restaurant was so attentive nothing was too much trouble for him very helpful. On my birthday they made a special table decorated in banners and balloons a complimentary birthday cake with candles ty to all the staff in the restaurant.
The bar staff inside the main building was the same so attentive and as my glass was empty another drink arrived.
The.rooms are very well-maintained the mini bar always restocked room was cleaned every day to a high standard the facilities were top notch as well the views from our room was amazing the pools were clean the lagoon was full of beautiful fish all colours and sizes .
We shall definitely be going back to this hotel this year .

I just came back from a family holiday in Sunny days with my mum, sister and kids and I would strongly recommend this place .
The staff is amazing and really welcoming.
I would like to thank in particular Mr Mohamed Sobhi and Berry who accommodated all our needs and requests

Rooms are great and food was excellent . . Service all around the hotel was amazing..

The Animation crew is great and do an amazing job but two girls of the team need to approach everyone( they select who they approach . As soon as I made the remark the head of animation rectified and I really appreciate it.
