I have stayed at this hotel 2 times already and my next vacation is already booked. I am fully happy with the hotel services, especially the restaurants and bars. I eat gluten-free and first I was afraid how my special meals will be solved, but the kindness and helpfulness I experienced was beyond all expectations.

I have no idea how this hotel isn’t ranked higher. What a stunning resort with great facilities and friendly staff. The staff set this hotel apart from competitors. Nothing is too much.

We were slightly anxious having read some of the reviews re the food. However having had freshly made omelettes for breakfast and a different A La Carte restaurant for the first 5 evenings I cannot relate to these reviews.

A special mention to Alaa Amin and Mohammed for their exceptional customer service. Alaa in particular has gone over and above to ensure we have a pleasant stay. It’s rare to get such special treatment in such a vast resort.

Our room was awesome! The first first picture is taken from our private balcony on our first night. Blown away.

I’d also like to thank our favourite Chefs Mr Remeda Hussein and Mr Essam. They run the Asian show cooking restaurant and their food was brilliant! Definitely recommend the Asian restaurant.

Finally a thank you to the cleaning team, our room was always spotless and Mr Bogdi friendly and happy to help.

We have NEVER in all of our travels had such good value for money and we will 100% be returning most likely this year. Thanks to all at The Grand Resort and in particular those mentioned who gave us such a special trip.

I was staying in Grand resort resently for 3 nights and all I can say that is very good value for money. I have been traveling to Hurghada for the last 16-17 years and I had been staying in so many different hotels from the high range to the middle range. In Grand resort I paid £160 pounds for 3 nights for very dissent size junior suite with quite big terrace so come on guys, you will never get anything near in Hurghada for this money. Please don't expect to get the same what you will have in the hotels like Jazz Aquamarine, Albatross Palace etc., but they working hard to make you satisfied. Reception was very helpful, amazing service in main restorant and also the bar by the pool provided superb table service. Big thank you to manager for offering me complementary late checkout till 20.00. I would advise to improve service on the beach but overall - well done Grand resort!
And I am planing to come back in May.
