A great accommodation great food great vibes the pool heater during winter made us enjoy although the cold weather , rooms always clean and smels good every thing was just perfect but the most important is the staff they are helpful, friendly and very professional specially Madona yakoub the receptionist she made every thing easy during our stay❤️❤️

My 2nd stay and it didn't disappoint.
We travelled as a large group of friends and family to celebrate a 40th birthday. Check in was easy and we were given a room upgrade to a junior suite. Room was lovely. My friend took the double bedroom, I had the lounge area with 2 single beds. I definitely had an issue with the beds, they were literally as hard as rock! After an extremely uncomfortable night, I informed the reception who said they would change the mattress. Unfortunately they didn't, just placed a duvet over it which made no difference whatsoever. Back to reception and it was then fitted with a mattress topper. Not brilliant but much better than it was. We were there for 11 nights and I wasn't going to let it spoil my holiday and to be fair it didn't.
The hotel is pretty big but all areas are super clean and beautiful and the staff are superb! Giving a few pounds tip keeps the drinks flowing! Lots of choices for pools and beach. Our favourite was the adult only pool on the roof. Peaceful quiet with its own bar. The beach is lovely, sea is beautiful. Great spot for lunch on the beach which we used several times.
Lots of choice on the buffet. The pasta station was 10/10! Breads were lovely and lots of choice. You'd have to be a really fussy eater not to find anything to eat! My favourite drink was the mojito, divine. We ate ate the Sky restaurant for the 40th birthday meal which was delicious! They also decorated my son in laws room for his birthday and even left a cake which was a lovely touch.
The WiFi is terrible but to be honest, I enjoyed the digital break lol.
We enquired about keeping our room on as we had a late flight and was told it was 7.50 euros per hour and to ask the day before Check out. We did and manager approached us to ask if we'd stayed before. When I said yes he said we could keep the room for free until 4pm! Fantastic!
I love everything about this hotel (except the bed lol) and I'll definitely return!

Not even a 3 star.. Waited for years to finaly find booking in this hotel, but got huge dissapointment. Place is just filthy all the time, any sitting area there is-it is dirty, stained and sticky.. floors slippery, furniture very old, mediocre rooms, balcony full of pigeons "business". Guests from hotel accross the street can use waterparks so actualy 2 hotels use it and it gets crazily overcrowded. Restaurant on the beach-forget it. Lines way too long, waiters crazily slow (waited 45mins for salad and pizza) and rude. And no room available for us upon arival late at night so they put us in a room over a disco with basses so strong that everything in room vibrates-and we were with 2 kids.. just-don't. Food repetitive, stale and cheap.. not worth considering for vacation..

I encountered some rudeness from staff members during my visit, and unfortunately, I fell ill after consuming the food. The dining hall tables were sticky, which made the dining experience unpleasant, compounded by excessive noise. However, the establishment does boast a lovely pool area for both kids and adults. On the downside, the standard rooms are small and emit an unpleasant odor, likely due to issues with the toilets. Furthermore, nighttime disturbances from external noise and toilet added to our difficulty in getting a good night's sleep.

We stayed in this fantastic place in February and what can I say. Everything is amazing. It’s well spaced out and you did not feel like you were being rushed. In the reception Mohamed Razab was amazing and helped us a lot. Thank you. In the main flavours restaurant the chef Sayed was amazing. Being vegetarians he was most helpful showing us what we could and not eat. He even cooked for us special food ! Top class. Over h there years we have stayed in May all inclusives and have always wondered why food does not have better labelling like suitable for vegetarians or vegans etc. this would save so much hassle and make it truly all inclusive. Maybe something Steigenberger can start! The food is really good. The service was amazing too. Here you have an amazing hotel. We will definitely be returning.
