The service at the hotel is amazing. We had a half board package. The breakfast was brilliant. Servers Rajesh Melisa and Ei Phyu were particularly attentive. The whole team were welcoming and friendly. On our last day they made us a cake and took a photo with us.

At dinner, the buffet changed every day. There was usually a fresh station where they could make fresh pasta, shawarma, quesadillas or crepes. The only downfall was that there was not much vegetarian food however, there were plenty of salads and usually a fresh option that could be made vegetarian.

We would definitely recommend this hotel - we had a spectacular time.

The Sheraton is at the top of my list of hotels I’ve stayed at. The pool, exquisite. The room, perfect. The staff, top notch. Qayyum took exquisite care of us. Along with Mekin, Gita, Sabrina, and Adele I wanted for nothing and felt like the most important guest at the hotel. The food was tremendous, both Chef Mouran and Chef Promod treated us to delightful dishes that enhanced our experience. The staff truly is was makes the experience. 10 out of 10. I can’t wait to book my future stay here.

Grand hotel with very helpful staff.We stayed here for 4 nights. Very impressive from when you first walk in to the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the poolside and at the private beach. Drinks, snacks at the club lounge were exceptionally good, hot food was also served in the evening which was always hard to resist! Also managed to have drinks at the Irish harp pub which is located in the hotel, nice cold draught beers served by very welcoming bar staff. We also dined at the Indian restaurant Jamavar, delicious food and a great ambiance. We had a sea/poolside facing room with a balcony which was very comfortable, only snag was the door to the balcony was hard to open and close. Looked forward to breakfast every morning, great selection of food which did vary each day and could also order from the menu too. Big thanks to Saru and Ei Phyu who always served us with a smile and a chat. A farewell cake was also served which was a really appreciated!
