I stayed here for 7 nights in October. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, & kind. As a single woman, I felt safe knowing that there was someone on staff 24/7. Everyone spoke very good English & assisted with a wide variety of questions. Kyle, Rodrigo, Angela, and David were all attentive. I was in room 106 and had excellent WIFI connection all day and night. Shower had HOT water all the time and the AirCon worked just fine. The beds were comfortable, sheets & towels were clean. I liked the location very close to the beach. I selected this hotel because of its moderate price and central location. The hotel provided me with a hospitality room after check out so that I could take a shower before I got on the airplane. Caution to USA travelers - do not drink the tap water. Do not brush your teeth with the water. Treat it like Mexico. You can get multipacks of bottled water very close to the hotel. However, boiled hot water is perfectly safe. And I was very pleased that the hotel lobby had an ample supply of mugs and hot beverages stocked all the time. Downside: This hotel is showing its wear. Although it may have been renovated in 2015, there are some rooms that still need attention and the rooms don't really look just like the photos anymore. If you aren't satisfied with your room, you should request to see if there is anything else available before you get settled in. Again, treat it like Mexico.
