This hotel leaves your personal data (ID, copy of your passport etc.) openly in reception whole night. It is not a reliable place, I would not even call it a hotel. Rooms are dirty and rusty, but their lack of awareness in travelers´ personal data is worse than all these. Avoid at all costs!

Besides the location and the price, there is not much going for the place unfortunately. To be honest, it is more of a rental appartement than a hotel as there is no lobby, restaurant or anything else that would resemble a hotel. Room was tiny but clean, amenities were clean as well but to my surprise there were no coathangers in the room which is a pain in the ass for a person on business trip. The bed, which almoust as big as the room itself had seen some better days, I had to sleep on one side of it to not to feel like laying in a whole, soft whole, but whole non the less :) Price is relatively cheap for Tel Aviv and as I said the location was excellent. Next time I would perhaps pay a bit more though.

Avoid at all costs, booked a room via booking.com to stay in December and cancelled it as part of the free cancellation policy prior to my trip, the hotel unlawfully charged me the full rate and I have been chasing them for a refund since then, they have promised that I would get my money back by end of January and I am still waiting. Please avoid the hotel else you will be loosing your money. Hotel doesn't return calls nor emails. POOR CUSTOMER CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! beware Beware Beware
