we traveled to Israel with 3 kids ... so for a family of 5... regular hotels were not a good option... Of the Apartments offered most were in a residential buildings along the Hospital area. We loved the location of the Andromeda Hill Apartments. less then 10 min walk to the Jaffa Port beach (where we spend a few beautiful mornings)... smack in the middle of the Old Jaffa port.
PLUSES: Onsight free parking with 24 hour security. Apartments are HUGE!!! Washer and kitchen are a great PLUS when traveling with the family. There is a POOL on sight!! Kids loved it. The pool is outside and the water was a bit chilly... (its the end of October...) but after a day of touristing around it was actually really nice and refreshing. The pool is divided into splashing area for kids and laps area ... Plus on site gym etc.
CHALLENGES: Getting out of the apartment complex you have to drive a tiny one way road through Old Jaffa with tourist busses sometimes getting stuck there... Not a problem of the Andromeda... nothing they can do about it but you need to plan on it... add 5 min to any itinerary...
Management: even though we never actually saw anyone personally, all communication was done through email (which is what I prefer) all aspects of the stay worked out flawlessly. Keys and instructions left with security, all well written and everything explained.

EXTRA BONUS: My daughter forgot her kindle under her pillow after we checked out and the management found it, packaged it and passed on to the currier for us to pick up later. They really go extra mile to make sure everything worked flawlessly!

I would definitely stay in the same complex again during our trips to Tel Aviv!

We stayed a week in a studio. Even if we had the least expensive one (no view and no balcony) we were very happy with the place. All we needed for our stay; a small kitchen, dining area with TV and sofa and a quite comfortable bed.
Location couldn't be better; lots of restaurants, shops flea market and sea promenade just minutes away. The office guy helped us to book two excursions ( Jerusalem & Bethlehem and Masada & Dead Sea).
I would varmly recommend this place for anyone wishing to have a stay at an apartment-hotel.

Our family of 5 loved this apartment hotel. Everything was so convenient - parking, beautiful pool and grounds, and extremely central location in Jaffa. This was a great base for time in Tel Aviv. The management was also extremely responsive. Highly recommend!
