I ate here on two occasions while in Copan. Lots of selection on the menu. Pupusas were very cheap here e.g.. $0.50 each and they were served with pickled beetroot and cauliflower. The smoothies and juices were amazing. I also had a mixed fruit and veg salad. It was about $4 and very filling. There was plenty of food suitable for vegetarians and celiacs. I highly recommend eating here if visiting Copan.

The grounds, though small, are plant-filled and charming. My 2nd floor room with a balcony was pretty perfect. Everything was clean and well cared for in both the restaurant and hotel areas. Coffee was outstanding and breakfast was delicious !
It is very well located. Just few blocks from the city center and less than a kilometer from Copan ruins. You can walk to Copan Ruins if you want. Throughout the walking path you will find some small mayan sites that they really worth to visit. the hotel rooms were really comfortable and nice.
Hotel side basically a 5 star employees great. Room comfortable and hot water and tv worked. Location a bit rough for me as to get to the park you needed to get up a steep hill. Restaurant employees a bit on the lukewarm side not overly friendly. Lunch and dinner was inexpensive and good. However should have a fruit option for breakfast. Coffee was not very good. Internet was very strong
I stayed here almost a week- the staff was always very nice and accommodating. Immaculate hotel. Good simple breakfast though they only offer 2 breakfasts: tipico and pancakes. I don't really like pancakes so it was tipico everyday (6x) and it got old real quick. Would be nice if they offered a few more options. There was construction going on nearby so I constantly heard hammering during the day. It's also right across the street from the soccer field which is crazy loud for the entire duration of the game (it happened on a Sunday afternoon only). It's a bit on the pricey side. But if you're looking for a good, clean place- this is your place.
