Very disappointed with our stay here. Let me first say the staff is AMAZING! Super friendly and helpful. But they have to be because everything was lacking. We stayed in a cabana and it was beds, dresser and That’s it. No mini fridge, no table to sit and eat and play games, nothing. And no extra bedding provided. The restaurant was not great. They were always out of many things and very lacking in taste. And breakfast took FOREVER so if heading on an excursion…go early! Would not recommend but bravo to the staff!

Our stay at Cahal Pech resort was wonderful. The resort is lovely sitting atop a hill overlooking the city below. Beautiful pools, outdoor dining, and really good food. The rooms were accommodating with comfortable beds and pillows. I do wish we had hot water more consistently for showers.
The folks who work at the resort are remarkable. They made this trip truly special for us. They were all super friendly, helpful, and went over and above to meet our needs. Very professional but we felt so welcomed and got to know much of the staff on a personal level. They also arranged and assured transportation for all of our amazing excursions.
Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

My 10 year old son and I had THE BEST time on the ATM tour. It is the epitome of an adventure!! I was worried it would be too hard or too scary, but it wasn’t. Our guide Basilio was fantastic— super knowledgeable, patient, and funny. If you are on the fence about doing this, jump off the fence and do it!
