It all started when we had to get a late flight out which was delayed and when arriving at the hotel at 4am they cancelled our room and told me I had to pay for that night then the following morning would have to pay for the whole holiday again. The staff behind the bars are all helpful but the reception could do with some serious training in how to speak to their guests. Being told “I’m not going to help you” isn’t professional. To top it off on the final night they decided to lock me out of my room as I hadn’t paid my room bill at midnight but I wasn’t leaving till 7pm the following day. Speaking to other hotel guests who had outstanding bills on their room they wasn’t locked out so it seems like we’ve been picked on since day one. Won’t be returning which is a shame as the hotel is really nice and booking this based on reviews but the staff are rude and ruined what would of been a lovely holiday. What isn’t surprising they ask the entertainment to go round to get good reviews put on trip advisor which could give this hotel false reviews.
The titanic hotel is an excellent hotel, you name it, they have it. This is our 3rd time here and everything is outstanding. Beautiful scenery, the good is so delicious and of course the service is always a 10 PLUS..The specialty’s restaurants, the sauna and Turkish bath is a must. The shops within the hotel are excellent. Don’t miss the.Turkish night at the peer. Love the titanic hotels.

After 2 years of waiting because of Covid , we finaly got our vacation to the Titanic.
Super hotel , good services and everyday plenty of good food and drinks.
The animation team did a great job every day to entertain us and feel us welcome in the titanic.

Spent 8 days at the hotel! Great hospitality and food. Lovely beach and the animation team is awesome. Beachvolleyball with Victoria was tons of fun! Will come back for sure…
