Cabin was not clean.
Terrible customer service, I travel a lot, and can honestly say, this is the first time I have felt compelled to write a negative review. I would not recommend staying there, which is a shame, as it used to be a great place to stay in the past.
I am lucky. I can travel and work during the harshest of CoVid lockdowns which is why I stayed at the batesmans bay Marina Resort. A lovely little self contained unit nestled on the water just five minutes from the town's centre, the resort is fantastic for families, businesses and singles wanting an escape.
We needed access to the conference centre to conduct some of our work- it was made available without any fuss. Easy to access, comfortable, quiet with outstanding position the resort has everything you would need.
I cannot recommend this location more.
We had a fantastic stay at Batemans Bay Marina Resort in August. We asked for an early check-in and were able to check-in as soon as we arrived. Our villa was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our weekend visit. The resort is opposite Club Catalina which was very handy. Our villa was close to the ocean, we were just a few minutes’ drive to The Soldiers Club and Batemans Bay shops, so a great location. The price was very reasonable and we hope to revisit as soon as lockdown is over.
Batemans Bay Marina Resort is always our first pick to stay down in the bay.
The staff has always been very helpful and very friendly. We had the best birthday celebration ever. We had a great view from our cabin over looking the brake water rocks to the ocean and the weather was beautiful.
We booked for a long weekend over our 50th Wedding Anniversary of 14th August 2021. From the online booking onwards our experience was superb. The staff always polite and ready to be helpful. It was end of winter so not many people around so a great place to relax and take in the local scenery and attractions. The accommodation was great with all the necessities and more. Even the WiFi link was great. Unfortunately our stay was cut short as first our home Territory, ACT went into lockdown and then NSW was also shut down. Even for this emergency the staff was great keeping us informed of the latest COVID decisions ASAP. We would highly recommend BB Marina resort...we WILL be going back!
