The Batemans Bay Marina Resort (Formerly Coachhouse Marina Resort) is a beautiful resort style property overlooking the ocean & a tidal lagoon. As a return visitor, this facility is probably one of the best at Batemans Bay - clean and well serviced cabins, great location and outstanding views of the Bay. Only downside for us was what appeared to be a long-stay visitor/resident with 5 small children in a 2 bedroom cabin across from us. 7 people in a small 2 bedroom cabin wouldn't work for anyone. 5 small children very unhappy for most of the day and late into the night. We won't be put off and will be back again.

We had a room overlooking the lagoon. Rooms have been updated. Bathrooms are nicely done. There are new lounges, curtains and the painting has been done. Close to the local club and shops. The club in the main part of town also has a courtesy bus. There are many facilities available at the resort and entertainment for the kids. Some rooms have laundry facilities and there is an on site laundry as well (for a fee).

I travelled to Batemans Bay for a construction work meeting close to the Marina resort. From my first phone call to discuss accommodation I found the reception staff be friendly, patient and extremely helpful. I was provided one of the Queenslander units close to the water. I did not arrive until midnight and was a little concerned that the late check in could be difficult. All documents that was provided to me made the late check in extremely easy. The unit was easy to find with the map provided and the room was excellent. The parking was at the door for unloading and loading my car. The staff had put the light on in the unit and air con on so I arrived to a very warm unit. The unit had two very adequate sized bedrooms and a large bathroom with all accessories provided, immaculate in cleanliness. There was a large dinning/lounge and a well equipped kitchen with a full sized fridge. The entire experience was a pleasure and I will certainly be going back to this resort, it was within working distance to shops and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet and secluded. The units adjoin a very protected and well set up boat ramp for anyone who visits the area for fishing. I would certainly recommend this resort to anyone visiting this area I give the staff, location and unit setup 10 out of 10 for everything.

We stayed in Queenslander Villa, we felt very safe and enjoyed all the facilities including BBQ area, lovely fire pits, friendly staff and activities such as Basketball, bouncy thing was a lot of fun, tennis & pool table. Parking is next to each cabin and kitchen had good facilities including oven & cooking utensils with nice crockery and cutlery. We enjoyed cooking for our selves and the large fridge made it easy to have enough food for a few nights. Looking forward to staying @ Batemans Bay Marina again soon. Formerly named Coachhouse Marina Resort Batemans Bay.

Well with year been like it is we needed to get away , so we took my mum 80 my husband and myself to a place we love . Booked the perfect accommodation that suit us 147 but sadly another there was a mixup been old owns and new owns also they are updating painting and fixing up the apartments which is great . So Donna and Mick did the best to give us good accommodation which is very hard for my mum . Ken and I loved 167 it suited us nicely we had a beautiful spa in the bathroom, a gorgeous balcony upstairs with excellent views so relaxing large room , a second room upstairs with its own bathroom so ideal to share with friends or family. Downstairs had two single beds with its own bathroom and another gorgeous veranda with bbq and tables and chairs to enjoy the view and sit relax chill out . Fully equipped kitchen so bring what you need to be fully self container or enjoy the most lovely eating spot we enjoyed stingrays on this trip . Good value I don't know the cost of accommodation we stay in but the one we where supposed is great value at $687 for three for three people which is so worth we think .

We had a 4 night stay in a Villa. First impressions were that you could see that there had been a lot of work recently done by new to improve the resort. The Villa was very clean and much bigger that expected which worked out well. We prefer to stay in cabins when travelling rather than small motel rooms with no cooking facilities. The position of the resort was excellent, very tidy with great facilities right on the water and beside the boat ramp should you be a fisherman and very handy to the bowling club across the road for a meal. Only negative about the cabin is that the air conditioning while quite functional was very old and a bit noisy and the mattress was a bit old as well, otherwise very good. Unfortunately it rained the whole time we were there and so we didn’t get to do all the activities planned and so we will be booking again at BBMR in early spring. Definitely recommended and price was very reasonable.

Stayed here while on a work trip. Usual accommodation was booked out, so selected here as it was one of only a couple that had a restaurant on-site (as per their website & information on booking sites - I book these to ensure I am not out of pocket for meals). Arrived to find the restaurant is now only open for conferences, would have been good to know as would have selected elsewhere to stay. There is the catalina club across the road that has a bistro & other restaurants nearby. More of a holiday park than a resort, only difference is they purely have villas, no camp sites. Villas are older in age & style, however are clean & offer everything required (fully self contained). I stayed in a queenslander villa (non water front), room with bunk beds is very small, however villa overall is a good size. Great location, close to the centre of town. Right by the water & there is a lovely breeze which is helpful as the air con's are old & loud. There are some small maintenance issues but the new owners are working through those. A good property for family trips away & reasonably priced. I wouldn't recommend it for business/corporate travellers however, unless you are wanting to cook & clean.

Had a great stay, the Beach Villa was very clean and spacious. Nice rooms and bathroom. very comfortable stay will be returning. Central to the main shops and only 15 minutes away from Nelligan which is where we were working. The check in process was very easy from booking the room and receiving the contactless check in over email.

The cabin accommodation, whilst being absolutely fine, is about ready for an upgrade. The venue itself is in a great location, has plenty of amenities and things to do, and was very easy to find being on one of the major roads in and out of Batemans Bay.
The villas are well away from the entry road though, so noise was no issue at all.

We're a family of 5 & stayed in a beachcomber cabin. 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in one, and the other room had a queen bed plus bunks. We stayed 2 nights & the kids loved it. We arrived on Fri evening & check in was contactless - we checked in online & arrived to find keys in our room. ParkRun is a 10min walk away on Sat morning, and from there another short walk to get milkshakes & coffee. Then back to the Resort for the kids to spend all day being active - swimming in the pool, riding bikes, scooting around the streets, jumping pillow, play equipment. The kids had a ball. On Saturday evening, only a short walk out to get dinner. And on Sunday morning the kids were up being active again with everything available to them at the resort. The whole resort was clean, tidy & felt very safe to let the kids ride around on the streets (ages 12, 10 & 7). The free wifi was handy for downtime & watching a movie.
