shower was pathetic and washing machine leaked. the machine did get replaced quickly.
was pleased to have coffee machine in the room though close to coffee shops and restaurants. to get 4 single beds meant having 2 apartments which was added cost i didnt need.

Hotel was nice and clean for the most part. However the bathroom walls were in a state of disrepair and seemed to have been hastily fixed using silicone and the bathroom its self was messy. And the towels given to us were stained. No room service either which I would’ve expected from a 5 star hotel

Hotel was great. Only thing I found odd was a bath shower.. .havnt stayed in a room with a bath shower in over 10yrs. That was the only thing that made the place feel outdated. The apartment was in pristine condition

Not a 5 star experience at all . Upon check in, my suite had black long hairs left around it, it wasn’t properly vacuumed as there were crumbs and other debris on the carpet, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken (reported) (it was not repairable until after my checkout). The air conditioners were musty and you could smell they hadn’t been cleaned regularly. The sauna in the pool area (out of order). At no time during my stay was any offer of a different room or similar offered.
