Really good hotel, good food and amazing entertainment. Me and my family were made to feel very welcomed and everyone was very nice especially the the entertainment crew such as Jason, Emrah and Volkan.

Good hotel spoilt by very cold swimming pools (including the indoor one) and weak entertainment.
Hotel itself is beautiful, staff are generally helpful but sometimes overworked and unable to clear and reset tables for evening dinner quickly.
Food was OK, but not great.
Although I have a few grumbles overall it was still good value given how cheap it was.

Hi everyone
We would want to recommend the hotel for everyone we been only a week the hotel rellly nice and enjoying time the food amazing the hotel area fantastic poos are really big the entertainment team were really kind and helpful every night there were different programs we enjoyed a lot there was a guy nebi he’s the one thank you soo much see you other time

The staff at this hotel are amazing! The hotel itself is amazing. Great shows take place every night. Nebi from the animation team is a sweetheart, made us super comfortable and always has a smile on his face!

This hotel was just perfect in all its facets.
Okay, it just opened for the season, so not everything was ready. Some (snack)bars weren't opened for example.
But the entertainment team was awesome! They are just so friendly and don't push you if you don't want to join. They are great with children, pure fun! Thank you for the amazing time!

Late autumn break, we are so pleased we booked this hotel . We had an amazing time and staff are wonderful. The weather was also between 22 and 30 so could not have asked for more, the sea was still warm enough to swim in.
. The hotel is clean and well kept. There are some things which were not open, additional restaurants, as the season is coming to an end, however this made no difference to our stay, there were still plenty of places to eat/ drink open on the resort. The photos do not reflect fully how wonderful the hotel is. In the room, There is a mini bar , drinks replaced everyday and also coffee/ kettle in the room. I will definitely return. Could not have been better. Spa facilities . As near as perfect as you would get for a hotel.
Room tip: A lovely hotel with great staff. We got a sea view, worth paying the extra for
