Our carpet was damp and the room had a damp stench to it. It was very disappointing as we weren't there very long.. being kelowna I had higher hopes. I've stayed in less star hotels that have been way cleaner and nicer.

The rooms were clean but basic and maybe a bit dark. Breakfast was also scant. However, we had a good nights sleep and didn't go away hungry. Loved the bathtub. Big and wide and comfortable to sit in. Water was nice and hot.

The water is brown. The carpet is stained. The prices are highway robbery. We talked to the front desk about our water and how we aren’t showering in that and they told us all water in west Kelowna was like that.. which is simply not true. We asked for a refund on our stay and they gave us $30 bucks off our bill of $350 for 1 night. Unbelievable. 0 value for your money here. This is a $149 per night max hotel and even that id be reluctant to pay that. Will never be back here !

Quiet location, clean room EXTREMELY comfortable bed! Our only complaint: by 8:30 there was no waffle batter left at the continental breakfast but we had other items so it wasn’t a huge issue, we were happy to have something to eat! Good value, friendly staff, we would stay here again.
Room tip: Our room had a small fridge, not sure if they all do

Dirty hotel. Half the hotel is a half way house called turning point. Drug deals in the parking lot. Scuzzy people bugging you anytime you're outside. Short staffed. Dirty. Waste of time and money. We cut our trip early

Terrible staff communication. I called at 3pm telling them it would be a late check in. Got a call at 8pm asking if I was still coming.
Arrived around 11:30pm, given 1 room key only. Front desk person NEVER looked at nor spoke to my companion. Wasn't given any information about the hotel at all. Nothing about the continental breakfast; which was fair at best; the pool; which has visible dirt scum on the tiles; or even a WIFI password.
The view from the room was terrible. Garbage and old lights on the roof.
The jets in the tub had scum inside them.
Got a call at exactly 11:00 am to see if we were checking out. Even though we had told them the night before we wanted a late checkout around noon.
So many things wrong here. Being in the retail industry over 30 years I've seen a lot of mistakes but rarely all in one ace.
DO NOT STAY HERE.
