My wife and I stayed here for a Weekend getaway in the Okanagan. It's a brand new hotel and shows it which was great. This was our first time in the Okanagan, West Kelowna has a ton of wineries which is why we chose it but it's a very suburban place so I'd probably choose another location next time we're in the area (it's gorgeous and it was 23 in October and Sunny so we'll definitely be visiting again!).
I requested an upgrade to a lake view room which we were granted (we're Bonvoy gold elite) which was great but it was an accessible room so it didn't feel so much like an upgrade as giving us a room that nobody else wanted. Our 6th floor room looked out over the parking lot but there were nice lake and rolling hills views as well. The room was huge and I loved the motorized blinds but the accessible bathroom shower was annoying.
Breakfast is currently a set up where you order and they prepare it. It was definitely bland, my wife's bagel was barely toasted and my waffles were cold and tasted bland and half cooked. They had good coffee though!
Overall this is a decent choice but I'll probably try another Marriott next time.
PS For fellow EV drivers they have level 2 chargers in the parking lot but they're a very pricey $5 an hour to use.

Overall a very lovely stay at Townplace suites. The location could not have been better for what we planned to do during our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff to the ladies working the breakfast area to the housekeeping staff. The front desk staff always welcomed us as well walked into the hotel.
Cleaning is every 2nd day which is fine for us. We don't need someone making our bed everyday. Large garbage can in the kitchen only needed to be emptied after two full days. The kitchen was nice with a full size fridge, dishwasher and cook top. The only negative in the room was the shower needs sealing along the bottom and this silicone has come away. But not a big deal, everything else was clean.
The included breakfast was good but packed variety of staying multiple days. It would be nice to see different style eggs and meat options on different days. Nice selection of tea available.
We didn't make use of the pool or hot tub but they looked nice.
We will definitely stay here again

This hotel is clean, and stylish with well appointed rooms and common areas. We enjoyed the breakfast room on our check out morning that had something for everyone - Ages 8 to 80. The breakfast room is a nice little bar at night and we were able to enjoy time together with a glass of wine and catch up with family and a terrific server who made our day! The room was lovely….fully equipped with a nice little kitchen complete with a mini dishwasher! Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well stocked with everything you need……even a couple of toothbrushes and paste as we left home without them! Well done Marriott, we will stay again!

We booked the romance package and it exceeded our expectations. Our room was bright and clean. We had a balcony with a view of the lake. They sprinkled rose petals everywhere including heart shapes in the bed. A bottle of local sparkling wine was on ice and a beautiful charcuterie board was in the fridge. Very special. We loved the large bathroom with extra towels, comfy bed and well stocked kitchen area. Easy drive to city centre. We will definitely stay here again. The price was great for the amenities and large room. Breakfast was a bonus.

The room itself was clean and bright, but our toddlers found advil that wasn't ours. The staff was only mediocre which was fine, but the breakfast staff were absolutely horrible. They continually made my shy 4 year old uncomfortable with their comments such as"taking too much peanut butter" (she wasn't, I was right beside her anyway but they didn't realize we were together. They flocked around constantly and it was rather annoying. We had to continually ask staff for towels in the pool area, etc., they just kept disregarding the requests made by the 20+ people in the pool area. Pool/waterslide were nice but very, very chlorinated. Hotel itself was good enough, staff were not.

What a difference from our experience at the Marriott in Salmon Arm. From the moment we walked in until our check out we felt welcomed. Wonderfully friendly staff, covid aware staff, clean rooms and a very well laid out breakfast. They even had non dairy milks and thibg like toast and fruit for non fairy eaters and plant based eaters. The coffee tasted really good and fresh.
Love that it's pet friendly (love seeing all the pups out for their morning walks).
Great location as you are close to a variety of stores and places to grab a bite. The side that faces the golf course is not only beautiful but quiet too. The only negative we found which wasn't that bad was we could hear someone playing what sounded like a radio with music late in the night. Not sure where it came from but again not a deal breaker.
Nice gym but personally I would have liked a bike but again not a deal breaker. The most important factors were that it was clean and friendly and they definitely met those requirements. We are already planning our next trip to kelowna and this hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay at this nice, new Westbank hotel. The rooms were bright, spacious, and well-equipped. Breakfast offerings were great. The location was close to tons of shops and restaurants, and easy access to wineries, and we loved that our favourite bannock and coffee spot was a quick walk across the street! The kids loved the pool and we loved the hot tub. We will definitely be staying here whenever we manage to get to Kelowna again!

Overall, our stay at Towne Place Kelowna was good.
The room has a functional layout with a small kitchen that is nice, clean and well maintained. I particularly like the work desk as it is practical with enough room to put my laptop and work stuff.
Both the front desk staff and the breakfast room staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is complimentary but the selection is limited especially the coffee selection. It only has medium roast and I find it not tasting strong enough.
The hotel is centrally located in West Kelowna and there are many causal eatery around. There is plenty parking space on site and is complimentary.
We enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to friends and family.

Great Hotel. Super clean room and washroom. Ample options in buffet breakfast. We were traveling with a 20 month baby and our room was big enough for the baby to play and keep her occupied. Another good thing about hotel was that it was a 5 minute drive to Walmart. This is very helpful when you're traveling with a baby or infant.

My friend and I recently had a girl’s overnight getaway and we chose this hotel. We were absolutely blown away with the beautiful, spacious, pristine room and the wonderful service. Check in was seamless, and both Alana and Tracy were very friendly and efficient. We asked them about the restaurant at the golf course adjacent to the property . They were quick to give it a big thumbs up and we took their advice. We had a fantastic dinner, which was only a 5 minute walk away. The breakfast offered many hot and cold selections and the room was bright and filled with comfortable seating. The star of our stay was a charming young man named Braxton. He was engaging, hard working and was clearly so eager to please. He made our day! We will definitely be back for another stay at this wonderful property in the near future.
