We had a great stay at the boat lagoon it was very peaceful and comfortable the pool was amazing and Top who was leading the restaurant was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble he greeted us each morning with a smile and a friendly chat. The only thing we noticed was that we were a bit further out from the beaches than we had thought transport was very easy and staff organised it for us quickly but the traffic added time to trips

    Excellent Stay at Boat Lagoon

    A very comfortable and relaxing stay in NH Boat Lagoon as part of Karma. The resort is located at an excellent place in Lagoon with good restaurants and villa market within walking distance (with free Golf Cart to roam around). The breakfast was awesome with a big spread catering to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The ambience at the restaurant was great and it was enhanced by the team led by Mr. Top. Sincere appreciation to Mr. Top. One thing which needs improvement is quality of Indian Food, prepared by Chef.

    Wonderful Amazing Hotel! RECOMMENDED!!

    My family and I have been staying at NH Boat Lagoon Phuket for over ten visits now, and each time has been an exceptional experience. This hotel has become our go-to spot whenever we travel to Phuket, and it consistently exceeds our expectations.

    The hospitality at NH Boat Lagoon is unparalleled. Special shoutouts to Nan, Aom, and Jik from the front office/reception – their warm and accommodating service truly makes us feel at home. The Restaurant Manager's cheerful demeanor always brightens our day, and the bellman is consistently helpful and attentive.

    The ambiance of the hotel is perfect for relaxation. From the well-maintained facilities to the serene surroundings, everything contributes to a peaceful and enjoyable stay. The quality of service and the friendliness of the staff make NH Boat Lagoon a standout choice in Phuket.

    A wonderful experience

    The breakfast was awesome with a big spread catering to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The ambience at the restaurant was great and it was enhanced by the team of Mr. Top, Nui and Eed. They were so helpful and ensured all guests were well taken care of.
    Hats off to Mr. Top who would get involved himself with serving customers to ensure they were comfortable.

    Truly a wonderful experience.

    Good resort

    Have a start to live in nh boat lagoon we are impressed k.thip and k.nan very welcome good take care everything them have a good support also resort nice will but so many rain on stay excellent breakfast swim pool
