Great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. Lots of food options also.
The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the mountains.
The sauna and spa were great, and the access was great and made the stay unforgettable.

Really a beautiful hotel…! The best part of the hotel is the pool ! Its really nice warm pool with neon lightings, breathtaking view, whirpool …! Breakfast needs to be more varied… but overall it is class! Anna & Juliana have been a great help overall !

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and enjoyed our stay. Service was excellent, staff were friendly and really helpful.
The rooms were big and clean. We have a great view of the Matterhorn from out balcony. Great location, 5 minutes walk to the train station and city centre. There was a small supermarket jst 2 minutes walk away. I would definately recommend this hotel.

I've booked 2 rooms for 4 nights at this hotel from 29 May - 2 June 22 without reading any review from any platforms. I chose this hotel based on its location [ about 350m away from the train station ] and price. I didn't regret my decision. The hotel is super cosy , the furnitures are modern and new plus I get to see the Matterhorn from my balcony [ Room 005 - 1st Floor]. The room is also spacious and I can see the heated pool from my balcony. There are many shops selling food, souveniers and other stuff within walking distance from the hotel. A halal fast food store [ Take It Doner ] is located 1km away and the meals tasted really good. My only complaint is - the pillows are too soft. Other than that, the staff were super nice and friendly. Breakfast was sumptous and tasty. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my relatives and friends.
