I paid extra for a sea view room, it was worth it. What a beautiful view to wake up to. The room felt like a 3-star hotel room (it could be smarter) but it was a great size and very comfortable. The waves were so loud (a good complaint) that I had to shut balcony door and use air on overnight and the air con unit worked well but was a little noisy even on quiet mode. Breakfast buffet met my needs well. Staff were really friendly. Honestly, I’m delighted I found this place within my budget and I’ll be back. Thank you Subur for a lovely stay.

D´Abord, merci pour vos commentaires. Nous prenons les commentaires des clients très au sérieux, toutefois:
- Pendant votre séjour , vous n´avez pas mentionné un seul des problems ici décrits.
- Pendant votre séjour, vous avez entré dans des chambres d´Hôtel ( qui n´étaient pas la votre) sans autorisation, et quand notre personnel vous a poliment demandé de ne pas entrer dans ces chambres, vous n´avez pas respecté les travailleurs.
- Pendant votre séjour, vou avez entré dans les toilettes pour dames et lorsque notre personnel vous a demandé poliment de partir, vous avez refuse et n´avez pas respecté les travailleurs.
- En quittant l´hotêl , vous avez jeté la clé à la reception et crier sur les réceptionnistes. Nous n´avons pas pu libérer cotre chambre.
- Dans la continuité du point précedent, comme vous n´avez pas fait le check out à l´hòtel, vous n´avez pas payé la taxe de séjour. Vous aves donc laissé la dette impayée à l´Hôtel.
Votre plaintre initiale était de demander à la réception des chambres insonorisées, à partir de là tout ce qui précède ne correspond pas aux informations que vous nous avez données.
Vous ne vous êtes pas comporté de manière appropiée pendant votre séjour.
Et doncs nous avons signalé le mauvais comportement à l´agènce de voyage.

pleasant hotel right in the centre of the sitges seafront, where I have now stayed several times. for the price paid, it does its job very well and gives me everything i need. i would recommend for solo travellers.

After a few days in Barcelona, I was looking for a hotel by the beach in Sitges. Came across this hotel on TripAdvisor and after doing my research I booked a beach view room. When I got to my room, what a pleasant surprise to see the nice decor and that view from my balcony. It isn’t a new hotel but it only showed a little in the washroom, bottom of door and trims.
If you are thinking about booking this hotel, add a little more to and get the beach view. Well worth it.

One of the best locations in town but the hotel needs total renovation in order to bring the facilities up to current standards. The side street is very noisy at night with frequent deliveries to the bars/restaurants plus rubbish collections early in the morning.

Hotel Subur is conveniently located and it is close to town and across the beach. The staff is very pleasant and always ready to help. Try to get a room with ocean view so you can enjoy the view of the church, the boardwalk and the Mediterranean
