We absolutely loved The Monument Hotel. It is in a perfect location for high- end shopping. The rooms are small but lovely. The lighting features and full bathroom are amazing. Robes, slippers , & toiletries are provided. Although we did not dine in the lower level restaurants, we did eat breakfast on the rooftop as well as frequent the rooftop bar for cocktails and appetizers late afternoon. The staff were amazing! I highly recommend The Monument Hotel for your Barcelona stay.

It is a beautiful hotel in a the center of the city, close to all the high end stores as well as train and metro stations. The service was wonderful, room and bathroom were comfortable and we also enjoyed the rooftop restaurant and pool. There is also a small fitness center that we did not use, but appeared nice and well cared for. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Barcelona.

This is a beautiful hotel. We only stayed for 2 nights but we wished we stayed more. The rooms are very stylish and comfortable with huge bathrooms. Concierge and reception were so knowledge and helpful. No request was too difficult. Staff are so professional and immaculately presented. When you have been out all day touring and walking what you want to come home to is a tranquil and peaceful space and this is what you get with the Monument Hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is a beautiful and stylish property, very well located in Barcelona. The rooftop is beautiful for breakfast, and evening cocktails/casual meals.
However, the best part of the hotel was the staff, who go out of their way to cater and please. Xavi the concierge, Pol the manager of Verbena, and the numerous unnamed people who assisted us--we are very grateful for the wonderful experience.

Love this hotel, practically perfect. Wonderful staff, loved my favourite doorman. Very close to luxury shops if that’s your thing. We had a suite with living area & a separate toilet. Also the main bathroom with toilet, walk in shower and a HUGE bath.
Rooftop terrace had the best croquettes. Delicious breakfast. Loved it.
