Where to start. The service was impeccable. It started with Santiago providing careful, professional service at every part of the meal. Any place he works at will be very lucky to have such a professional. The two young men who manage the wine also did a great job - the wine selection and service were exceptional.
The food was so well prepared and presented that one almost wishes that we were wearing better clothes. We spoke quietly out of respect for the vibe that the staff helps create. That was the quickest 2+ hour lunch I have ever had. For me the standouts were the smoked scallop dish, the beef tartare and the dessert. Everything was so very good.
