Where to start. The service was impeccable. It started with Santiago providing careful, professional service at every part of the meal. Any place he works at will be very lucky to have such a professional. The two young men who manage the wine also did a great job - the wine selection and service were exceptional.

The food was so well prepared and presented that one almost wishes that we were wearing better clothes. We spoke quietly out of respect for the vibe that the staff helps create. That was the quickest 2+ hour lunch I have ever had. For me the standouts were the smoked scallop dish, the beef tartare and the dessert. Everything was so very good.

A really lovely experience, I opted for one of the set menus. The food was excellent as well as the wine flight. Our waitress Georgina explained all the dishes in detail and gave us amazing service especially considering English isn’t her first language. I would definitely return.

We had an incredible experience at this teaching restaurant. There are two tasting menus for €30 each or a la carte. We chose one of each of the menus and therefore had the opportunity to try 10 different dishes. All were superb, Michelin quality. For an extra €5 we had a wine pairing with the 5 courses. A peachy white, a fruity rosé, a light red followed by one more robust. And to finish a delicious pink cava to go with the desert.
The students are polite and helpful, and even explained and described the menu and wines in English for us.

We had a fabulous experience and very much enjoyed the delicious menu découvert. We would recommend going to this restaurant for a special occasion.

I recently came to CETT´s Restaurant for a Friday lunch and was incredibly impressed by not only the food, but the professionalism of the service. I love the idea of practice restaurants for young, hospitality professionals and CETT might be the best example of this I´ve experienced.

We chose the tasting menu with wine pairings, and my wife´s seafood allergy was navigated without issue. The food itself is very good; generous portions of well executed food with touches of innovation here and there, but mostly focused around good quality ingredients with a very Mediterranean feel. If you´re coming here looking for a Michelin starred chef trying to impress; you´re in the wrong place. The take on beef carpaccio with a blue-cheese mousse and capers was excellent, and something I would have ordered by itself for over half the cost of the entire menu! The wine pairings were modest but very well chosen to suit the dishes, which is really the entire point.

The value of eating here is quite incredible. A 6 Course tasting menu with constant refills of water, wine pairings, fresh bread and coffee comes to €32 a head; tips are unfortunately not allowed, as much as I would have liked to thank the young waiters and waitresses, who did a sterling job throughout. You could easily spend 5-6x as much for a worse meal in some restaurants.
