My daughter and I had a fabulous time at the hotel, the reception staff were very helpful, we loved the water and nuts available on the way in! Barcelona is a fabulous city to visit but we also really enjoyed relaxing on the roof top by the pool. The room was perfect, with a great coffee machine as well as a kettle and fridge, all perfect for us!

We were happy with the accommodations.
Rooms and washroom were spacious.
Balcony was lovely.
Air conditioning worked well.

More cabinet or closet space would be helpful.
**Staff was not friendly. A simply greeting or eye contact would have been appreciated and goes a long way with guests of the hotel.
My husband and I both found the overall friendliness of staff to be a downfall of this property. We stayed for 5 nights and the unfriendliness was consistent throughout our stay.
We are H10 members and have not experienced this before.
On top of that, we did not receive some of the perks of the H10 members such as turn down service or drinks offered upon arrival nor did we have a treat or bottle left in our room. We stayed at H10 in Portugal a few days prior and all these perks were provided.
