We had a very pleasant experience while we stayed for four days at the Petit Palace Museum, Barcelona, in April 2024. It has a good location, OK breakfast, and very friendly staff. Natalia and Lucas are especially friendly and helpful. I recommend staying at this hotel."

Fantastic location close to the key attractions. Hotel nice. Quiet. Modern. Bathroom big and showers fantastic. Tea facilities only missing milk. Felt really safe as a solo traveller.
Best part of the hotel was Natalia who was fantastic! She was so friendly and really helped me. She went over and beyond to book me tickets for key attractions I wanted to go to.
Which every hotel had a Natalia as life would be so easier 🥰

Perfect location and good, smallish hotel. I walked easily to and from the airport bus terminal on Placa Catalyuna . It seems equidistant from the Universidad stop and is also near to a metro station. I walked to most of the sightseeing highlights. Staff are friendly and efficient especially Natalie at reception who is a gem. She is so warm and welcoming and I noticed that, when training in
a new employee on his first day, she was very positive and encouraging. I felt that she really wanted to help all guests to have a good stay. I was allocated a nice, large room which was quiet with a good view at the back of the hotel. There were some signs of normal wear and tear in the room but nothing of any real concern. It was clean and had a great shower and comfy bed with good quality linen. I slept great. Breakfast was pretty good. Sometimes the coffee machines were not refilled when water ran out. I hope to return.

The hotel entrance was very stylish and front of house very friendly and helpful.
The communal areas are tidy and modern, well maintained: the Room itself was very dark little to no natural light.
Bathroom fittings were good
The reason I have given it “average”
- the bed was not very comfortable for a 4* hard mattress.
- the air con had no thermostat it was set ambient so it wasn’t very cool.
- the breakfast was terrible it was all poor, eggs were poor, pastries were all stale. Cereal and some cold cuts.

Stayed 7night in the petit palace museum, the room had a leak from the sink and no one has done anything but the worst is we stayed 2 full days with no hot waters in the shower in the Middle of winter and no solution has been offered we had to take showers at some friends place which is not right. Made our complain to the manager and he took him 2 weeks to answer without any kind of compassion or solution,
This hôtel have a worst service than a 2 stars and the management is not skilled at all and have a lack of communication, it is what it to hire inexperienced manager, but we will definetely not return
