We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. We would like to clarify a few points:
The coffee in the room is included in all our suites, as well as the complimentary cava provided on the day of arrival. The minibar, however, is chargeable and clearly indicated with the price list. We do not understand the confusion regarding this and apologize for any misunderstanding.
We also regret that you experienced issues with your room key and that our offer to invite your entire family to breakfast did not seem like adequate compensation for these inconveniences.
Regarding the ants, as your suite features a large terrace with vegetation, it is possible they may have entered the room. We apologize for any discomfort this caused.
