Please rest assured we have taken good note of your remarks related to the smell of cigarettes and sincerely regret your dissatisfaction, mostly because it’s forbidden to smoke in the whole Hotel. We lament that you couldn’t find our Bar-Restaurant Maya, we will have to improve our signage at the Hotel if it’s not well indicated.
