The Hotel Onix Rambla is a no frills, three star hotel in a superb location in Barcelona with the best tapas restaurant doors away.
The location is the draw here. Also, it's reasonable rates make it a great value.
What really stands out though is the terrific service provided by the staff, especially Eva. Eva made our extended stay manageable and even pleasant. She went out of her way to assist us. A true gem!
The hotel located on the Ramblas, Barcelona's main street, about 3 minute walk to the city center where there are malls, bus stations, metro and restaurants. Our room was on the 5th floor, which allow us to enjoy the city's view and the most amazing sunrises and sunsets. The room was HUGE ! We had tons of space and the beds were comfort, the breakfast was continental but definitely enough to start the day with a smile. The hotel was clean and the service is great! We couldn't use the pool because it was quite cold, but it sure is amazing to sit around it and enjoy the fresh air and Barcelona's vibes.
This trip was the best I have ever had and I wouldn't pick another hotel for this experience. Looking forward to my next time ❤️
Other than location, this hotel is below per. Uncomfortable beds, noisy neighborhood, not comfortable heating, very fee attendant for help. I would rate it 2 star motel not hotel quality. Better stay a little away from rambla and get better sleep especially with to young family.

- Few doors away from the hotel you are able to get breakfast with good coffee, juices and salad.
Within walking distance to attractions like Casa Milá and Casa Batlló.
- Mattress is comfortable.
Cons:
- The hotel does not provide bedroom slippers 👎🏻
- No facial tissue

A very good 3*** hotel. The room was kept spotless and of a good size with fridge and a good size T.V.. The staff were very helpful always..
We walked to the Aquarium 15/20 min walk, on route we booked a 2 day ticket on the hopper bus, route 1 green, second day route 2 orange this means you see all of Barcelona, wait at stops about 10/15 min, a very good service.
