Fantastic location in Eixample. Pretty much everything was within walking distance. The rooms were clean and the shower was exceptional. Super friendly and helpful staff. The roof terrace is amazing. The pics don't do it justice. The sun loungers could do with mattresses though as they are rather hard. Also a couple of points to note, my pillow was way too hard and big gave me neck ache. Had to lose it and use the bed pillows. Also the rooms are not sound prroof. Most of the rooms doors need to be slammed to close properly, so you hear slamming doors and people talking in the morning. I would stay here again though.

The staff were extremely professional, good mannered, highly presentable & could not have been more helpful.
The room was very clean & comfortable.
This great hotel is perfectly for people who want to experience the "real" Spain.

I stayed only a little in this hotel and it was an overall okay experience. The hotel is nicely located.

The room is so not big and I was facing a wall in my room but at least it was clean. The nice thing is that they had a coffee machine in the room which was super nice! The bed was comfortable.

The shower was badly evacuating so we were kind in a puddle of water everytime we shower…

Staff was welcome but it’s hard to get them on the phone. I forgot something in the room after check out, called them and they said there were looking into it but I haven’t heard back from them since then. I was not something of value but still the customer service wasn’t the best.
