Akashi is a great sushi restaurant- it offers a wide range of dishes. The staff is very friendly and the decoration is very elegant. I would definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely amazing nigiris, just down the road from my hotel - and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended, a very nice atmosphere- was talking to a few locals, good selection of Sake & Umeshu 😍 took me back to my working in Japan, made me a very happy Oji San! 😂

Akashi is just in the heart of Eixample and though the front door is not appealing, this is one of the sushi places you should know in Barcelona: friendly staff, top food, and not flooded by the tourists (OK, in March, tourists were not yet flooding Barcelona!). Not on the cheap end, but not too expensive either. Do not forget to try the toro tuna, of course...

Great service! From the starters, the gyoza was excellent. Thin dough and it has the perfect amount of filling. We then had sushi which was very fresh. The only reasons for a 4 star are the price and that I didn’t like the seaweed salad. Overall great experience!

All foods are great...well served and feels like we are in Japan. Great atmosphere though..Served food are being combined with photographies from different cities in the land of the rising Sun. Good ambience..will be back for sure..
