We are sorry to hear that your stay was not as perfect as we had hoped.
We would like to point out that we do have a hairdryer. It is not included in the room, but we provide it at the reception for a deposit of 10€ which is returned to you upon return of the product.
Likewise, we do not offer toilet brushes for hygiene reasons, and regarding towels, at Travelodge we offer towel sets for all guests, so if you do not have all the towels in your room, please do not hesitate to ask for them at reception. My colleagues will be happy to provide them for you.
