We are sorry to hear that the comfort of the beds did not perfectly meet your expectations. Our mattresses come from a leading national brand and are changed every three years to guarantee the highest quality to our customers.
As for the furniture, it is specially designed for our hotel chain, since we understand that a piece of furniture designed open, without doors, is a guarantee that it is always clean and the client can check it at first sight. The chair is made of a white material, of guaranteed resistance and easy to clean, that although at first sight it might seem plastic, it is only necessary to touch it to see that it is not such a material.
On the other hand we are sorry that the water in the shower did not come out with the right pressure for you, we were not informed about it so that we could have you checked by our maintenance staff. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Furthermore, in each room we provide a bath towel per person, as well as a hand towel and a bath mat per room. The customer can request more towels from our team.
Regarding the hairdryer, we do not include it in the rooms but we provide it at the reception desk with a deposit of 10 euros which will be returned to you after the return of the product. (as with the kettle)
Regarding your indication about the Wifi, Travelodge offers free and unlimited wifi in the common areas but for a daily supplement in the rooms except for the reservations made from the official website of the hotel which will have free wifi in the rooms. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Concerning your indication on the air conditioning, our system is automated to offer our customers automatically cold air during the summer and warm air during the winter. In any case and for another occasion, if you consider that the air conditioning is not sufficient or you believe that it is not working properly, please do not hesitate to request the assistance of our reception staff at any time of the day (24 hours). We will be happy to assist you by checking the system and making any necessary settings.
